You have to try the Island Groove dance class! The atmosphere is amazing! The teacher is such a fun spirit! And its just a fun experience overall. You forget youre working out and feel like youre at a dancehall. I would recommend it to anyone who loves to dance and groove and also loves to work out. Its a little pricey at $16 a class unless you get the package for multiple classes at $14 each but totally worth it.
