I went here as a kid( like when i was 8) i am 14 now an i remember when the teacher mark berndt was accused of molesting students. the school is a nice school i havent visited it since i moved away when i was 10

I didnt want to give it a star!!!!! It irritates me every time I hear compliments about the school... its good the school is shutting down. All stuff, parents volunteers as well the Los Angeles School District are guilty. Because these teachers have been doing horrible acts since early eighties and was transfer to this community, Are as guilty as the teachers that commitment the crime because no one spoke for many years. they are as guilty because there were all present during multiple crime that was committed too innocent children during school hours. How is no one going to see children run out of class shouting that my teacher is touching me. there is something wrong going on with our humanity we are very quick to call the police when Im neighbors are playing loud music but we do not have a voice to report that a child is being molested that is very sad. I am so proud and happy to know that the school is going to close its door the Los Angeles District also need to close down to. The United States need to show an example that our country is not going to tolerate incompetent people to educating and keep our future (our children) safe in the facilities they are going to learning inn.

I like it because all the teachers there actually teach you stuff .So what if mr burt did make a mistake everyone makes mistakes i mean imagine if you were him you wouldnt like if some said i hate this school because this teacher did that and that it doesnt matter beacuase ALL OF US MAKE MISTAKES.ps I also love this school because i go to it and im in 5th grade🙌💜🙌

Im a high schooler and went to miramonte long time ago the teachers there were the best Ive ever met and the school gave me good memories I dont see why it should get shut down just because one teacher screwed up the name of the school I just think there should be more and better background checks
