I am a 1964 graduate whos family has lived across the street since the early 1900s. School has always been the background focal point of family pictures. Picture included is my Dad and Uncle (both graduates) in the 1920s with my Uncles new car. My Dad, in drivers seat, was about 15 years old.

I attended Navin Avenue school in the year 1975-1979.Gerald Rudolph Ford Jr. and Jimmy Carter were the president of the United States. Good old times as I was growing up. The school still looks the same.

I love going to this school like Dr. Prat says Nevin is the best school after all .

Dr. Pratt an unprofessional principal. This school is unsafe anybody can just walk in. Parents double park outside and the LAPD doesnt take actions. This school makes your kids to sell overpriced items to improve and hasnt update nothing at all. The teachers are really nice and they all have my 5 stars. If your kid ever gets picked on or bullied and if you complaint Dr. Pratt will not take actions and will send social workers to take your kids away from you. Dr. Pratt only cares about money nothing alse. Beware and please if you love your child do not bring them here.
