Intro class is free, RSVP. Excellent fun workout class for all ages. They allow you to get into all of it quick vs another course I tried when in OC. Were at an age to do this for fun so this company keeps everyone very engaged and promotes tangible action. Teacher was excellent and we both had a lot of fun. Getting the package is a better deal then per session. Its a great workout.Parking is not easy but not impossible, free residential parking in the back streets.

It’s such a welcoming environment for begginner and beyond . The instructor goes out of her way to make sure you understand the moves . I highly recommend!!!

Engaurde!In your life, you have to give fencing a try! It is to a sport and a sweaty army one at that! I learned through Carolyn the art of fencing one on one and feel completely ready to battle any pirates, witches or gremlins..seriously she made me that confident!Remember to wear your comfortable shoes and and clothes because you will indeed SWEAT!Wearing the face mask may be awkward and almost a bit unbearable at least for me..( a bit claustrophobic to be frank) but eventually youll realized the necessity of it !Come give it a go, i promise you will love it!
