A WASTE OF TIME !!!!😡😡 I’ve called over and over, left so many voicemails for months! Still never received a call back. I’ve even went up there about 4 times!!! At this point I will be contacting the board of education.

Great institution. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Ive had two children receive services from CDI since 2016 and I am so grateful for it.

HORRIBLE!! I signed up my daughter early in June. Was told she was enrolled by Nancy Marroquín and to wait for a phone call as they would give me specifics as to when the school starts. Month went by no call received. Early August I go to the head start office to see when she starts school and was informed that on September 4. I wasn’t told she didn’t qualify or anything else. We go and take her for the first day of school and I’m told she didn’t qualify and isn’t enrolled. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Horrible front office. The ladies lost my childs paper work and stated that I have to bring it in again after 6 week I was just notified on 9/12/19. Which I dropped off the 1st week of August to be exact, to a receptionist. I recall this day because the Nurse who is in charge of intaking my son medication did not want to take me in because they had a meeting outside of their location but since I stood up and said no it needs to be done that same day, so they processed his medication. So if he has his medication there but they cant find his paperwork....how in hell is that F#@$ing possible? 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡 makes no sense.

Takes about 6 months or longer just because my zip code even if there is space available in a school not that far away

You can never get a hold of them, they ask you to call the office but they never answer.

No pierdan su tiempo en ir ahí no les van a ayudar te piden que vallas a dejarles información que llenes papeles después te dirán q en dos semanas te dan la respuesta si es aceptado o no y esa respuesta no llegará y cuando llames por información te dicen que la persona q te atendió ya no trabaja ahí y nadie te informo y tu como tonta esperando una respuesta Gracias por hacerme perder mi tiempo 🙏

I feel upset trying to put my girl in pre-kindergarten I did it like in June and they told me that in two weeks I would receive an answer if I qualified or not. Well, I was waiting, I was calling and I had no answer, they just said that they had it, its waiting. My surprise that a week after I started where I wanted to go to study, they call me to tell me that I didnt qualify. If they knew that it did not qualify because they bring it with excuses.Unprofessionals mislead people.
