I have been studying this school for a while it’s about one year pass. I gain a lot of knowledge a lot about English. There are a lot of knowledgeable teacher. The place is so comfortable. Student, teacher and front desk are so friendly. I can apply to the master degree in MBA program from this pathway program. There are a lot of good university are partner with this school. This is my first education in USA and I am very pleased. I received my high education in Russia (architect), but I studied German. I started to learn English three times, but each time unsuccessfully. After moving to Los Angeles I tried to learn English remotely in a closed YouTube channel with a Russian speaker with millions of views with the same result. Before entering to the second level I studied for a month and a half with the college teacher Hector individually, this service was provided by Columbia West College. The individual classes were very useful in preparation to the first test. Now I study English at the second level and am very pleased. I like the college, the systematic approach to education and my teachers Gaby, Ania, Gektor are professionals. Grammar has never seemed so easy! The college has free additional lessons for students in pronunciation and slang, games, various activities like going to the ice rink or bowling, a day of national cuisine. The college staff are very welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is laid-back and homely. Russian speaking staff in the college are always ready to help and explain. I recommend this college without any doubts!

There are many reasons why I like this school, but one big reason that stands out to me is its staff and teachers. They are very friendly and I can see they really try to help international students improve their English skills. The teachers have well planned course structures for us to follow and they offer some unique lessons.As an international student who wants to learn more about the US culture and improve their English skills, going to this school would be a good choice.

Once you get their acceptance letter forget about any further support. Ana Paula failed many times in answering my questions and was always very sarcastic. During the covid lockdown I wasn’t able to take online classes and the school did nothing to support me, so I had to cancel my enrollment even after paying for a service I didn’t get. When I request the refund, Helen was a horrible professional throughout the refund process, always making it gets longer. Beware everyone. The cheapest sometimes becomes the most expensive.

I’m really excited that I had the opportunity to study at Columbia West College! The staff are very friendly, nice and very very helpful. I had experience for 6month so far. It was amazing.here’s vibe is pretty nice and comfortable. Teacher are always tried to help student and quality of class is super nice even they are more cheaper than other school.The nicest thing is they have lots of activity like book club, accent reduction program, musical english, yoga, field trip, pot luck, free tutor, party stuff. I could have lots of good experience and met good people.And before i wrote this review, i saw some review about staff. But i think staff is kind. Just go and talk with them, you can know it i bet.

Ive taken Esl class at cwc for a year. I had a really good time. It is good to make a lof of international friends and learn their culture.

I would not recommend this school ... the staff is terrible, I had to transfer to another school and they did not help me with the documentation ... the classrooms are always full and there are no tables for everyone ... There are only 3 english levels. They send you to the next level even if you are not prepared, just to put more students in the classrooms. Toilets are always dirty, the fridge and the microwave are always with leftover food and dirt.

I studied english in Columbia West college for 1 year.The location, price, teacher, activities, everything was awesome. I learned many things in CWC. Front desk manegers are really sweet and friendly just like other staff and teachers. I would highly recommend this school for people of all ages and English levels who want to learn more and meet new friends.

Those guys are amazing! After a week you will feel like you are a part of big family. Like the atmosphere a lot. Teachers are so good. And a huge international community of students from all over the world! Nice place to improve your English and at the same time find new friends. The worst experience I have ever had in studying in America. The teachers are ok, but the staff is terrible. They try to keep you studying there at any cost. They are worried about your money and not about your education. Stay away from this school.

After having a good conversation with the owner, by the way shes a very kind person, now I have a different perspective of the school and I want to thank her for listening to me and solving my problem with the ID.-------I have been in CWC for 1year and 1 moth I got good friends but Im so disappointed with the school they were so nice in the beginning but now they dont care about their students anymore , I paid $20 dollars for an ID and I never get the ID and when I went for my refund to the front desk but Hellen the secretary told me that is IMPOSSIBLY how come something like that happened when every student pay $20 for an ID and they dont have money for refunds thats terrible but I think they need more the $20 bucks than me, another thing is that they never replied the emails when you really needs something nobody answers to you, and some many things that I cant explain now and Im sorry for my grammar but they never teach me that.

To enter the University of California, I need a high TOEFL score. I came to college with a score of 24 out of 90 I need))) In 6 months I reached 86!
