Learn from my mistake and never use the first school you find. Always shop around. If I hadn’t purchased a cram class from a different site I wouldn’t of passed the state exam. First and foremost, the books they send you aren’t horrible, but the tests they give you are useless because the state exam had none of those questions on it. I also purchased the CD exam prep from this company and it was the same thing, none of those questions were on the test. I had 1 question on the exam that involved math. Once I completed the schooling, I emailed the school and they send me over what I thought was the application for the exam. Little did I know, there was 2 applications I needed to fill out. Make sure you fill out the application for the exam AND the application for your license. You have to pay $150 to have a guy come to your house to take your fingerprints and pay around $250 for the license application. I ended up submitting just the application for the test, waited 2 1/2 months for them to process it, waited another month to actually take the exam, passed the exam, and had to call the DRE and have them tell me I never filled out the application for the license. So now I’m 7 weeks in to another 10 week waiting period to get my license. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Use a different company.

Honestly go anywhere else. They don’t care about you once you’ve payed. Poor help and communication. The course will give you trouble to log in. The website is a mess to organize through. Nothing is concise. It’s my fault for not doing research before picking a class. Save yourself and do better!

I used Premier Schools in 2007 to get my real estate license. Passed the exam the first time! Was so impressed that I used them for my brokers exam too! Passed the brokers on 12/18/19 on my first attempt too and was first done! Without Premier Schools there is no way I would have passed those tests so easily! No matter how many times I had to ask a question they would be there with patience to help me with clear understanding. Excellent communication from Mike. He was very helpful with exam tips. I passed the exam on the 1st try, no problem. Dont let the 40% passing rate discourage you. If you study and if you do all the practice flashcards, quizzes and exams, you will pass. Some of the questions from the practices were similar to the ones on the exam. When I need CE hrs, I will sign up with this school again.

I had to renew my brokers license & I wanted to do it the oldfashion way, read and answer the questions on paper. I amnot that great with the computer. Premier Schools they wereso accommodating. I was 69 years old and they walked methrough all the steps. When I ran out of time they let me renewat a very small fee so I could finish. They were the best!!!I highly recommend them.

Premier Schools provided the real estate courses that assisted me to successfully obtain my brokers license in 1989. I have used Premier for all my subsequent renewal course requirements. Just called the school to get some important information. The girl who answered sounded very rude. I just hate that people who are on the front end that would act like that. Its very discouraging. Ill try another day, hopefully I get someone else, before I have to pick another school
