Im upset with this facility. We are on August 21, 2017. I just got off the phone I spoke to Dora I believe she is the supervisor. I enrolled my daughter with time and I understand that Im not low income parent I also understand that I would be on a waiting list. Only once in July they called me. The rest of the times I called to get the status on where we stand with my daughter entering their program. Adriana the person that would help me to some point. She would not give me a date. When I came to the supervisor complaining and telling them how Im trying to cope with my daughters anxiety to go to a new school I would think she would have some type of compassion or the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience that I was not going to be probably in their program most definitely I was not going to be chosen. She said the program has been full!! Then why in the world dont they save you the time and call you and tell you need too look elsewhere!! Maybe their education is great I didnt get that far but the first process to enter should be more organize & they should go back to training to communicate better with parents.
