TERRIBLE. THE EMPLOYESS NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE SO YOU DONT KNOW IF THE BUSINESS IS OPEN OR NOT FROM SEEING WOODEN SHEET DOORS THE DAY BEFORE. Because someone broke in the night before. Terrible place. The workers are nice but they need to post a new business hours. NO STARS. SIMPLY BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS THE PhONE. WHO WANTS TO TRAVEL FOR NOTHING.

This store closes early, but its got good products so I will go back to shop.

Ive been all over town looking for ensure and found that they have my strawberry and my chocolate I am happy again, not so happy anymore found out you could not use your EBT to buy Ensure which is a milkshake but did find out that you could buy ensure at Ralphs with EBT and for $2 cheaper , humm?

The only I don’t like is the parking and keeping the parking lot clean and the side walk to get in The store is very dirty needs to be clean but the store is always clean and organized just wish they would have more cleaning products like bleach Lysol and Clorox wipes Lysol spray.

The employees there are really nice and sweet they greet you with a smile and theyve been there for as long as I have my son since I stayed here on Slauson and Van Ness its a treat to go in there to see them smile at my son because they remember as he was in the stroller for a very long time and to see him walk in and smile they still remember him I just believe that the store could be a lot cleaner than it is and the parking lot itll be a lot better but rather than that kudos to the employee ✌🙏👀

This store was well stocked and the staff was available and efficient on the register.For me; Family Dollar is a second cousin to Dollar Tree and a second cousin once removed from 99 Cents Only stores. Not as big a selection as those stores and higher prices.

Im giving it 2 stars because the female employees are always helpful and polite, professional services. I always shop there but today I walk in for one item. They have a crowd two ladies working both registers so when I seen the black employee with the nappy beared go behind the counter I said excuse me bro can I ask you a question .he said Im on break. Then said is it work related I said yeah .and he said exactly. I felt embarrassed, angry I wanted to snatch his ass but but Im a consumer and Ill go to corporate on that ass .
