For event photography, Ive now used these folks twice. Both times theyve been very professional, AND very accommodating. When you are in a pinch because graduation day is a few weeks way, there is only so much a professional studio can do last minute.On occasion #1, we werent completely satisfied with how the pictures came out, be they were quick to resolve the situation and offer options to make things right. At the end, everything worked out perfectly! On occasion #2, they were the only studio willing to take on a last minute project. Announcements were ready on time and they were flawless!Overall, there is really nothing I can complain about. I could potentially whine about its location being in the cuts, but I will save that for another review.

My daughter had a great experience with the picture-taking sessions. Pictures were all great. Had a difficult time selecting. We ended up purchasing a bundle package and all items were fabulous! High quality images and print. They were also very quick to respond to an email I sent re an error I had with the billing. They are very easy doing business with.

We had an outstanding experience at this studio.A little background info - our son will be a senior in high school this year and he has Autism. We always accompany him when he has to take care of things that are out of his normal routine.He has been a bit anxious about his senior portrait session, mostly because he worries about not understanding what to do because a lot of times instructions are given to him too fast.The photographer who worked with Lucas was absolutely amazing. He was kind and patient and very clear with his directions. This was my first experience accompanying my son, that I didn’t have to step in to assist with breaking down instructions in a way that he could understand. It was the first time my husband and I attended anything with him and just sat back and watched… and enjoyed soaking in this milestone moment for him.So I just wanted to take this opportunity to send my thanks and appreciation for their great staff and mostly for our wonderful photographer, Alex. Please pass on our sincerest gratitude to him for making this such a positive experience. I will always remember it because of his kindness and patience.

Workers were professional; my daughter wanted to have more fun with her senior photos. The photoshoot felt rushed, and there was no diversity on the wall, so we felt out of place. Other than that, the area was clean, and the staff seemed to care.

Now and Forever Studios did my son’s school-organized Senior portrait session. I was impressed how organized they were during COVID and even happier at how the photos came out! I ordered both print and digital images - so I could use them for grad announcements. When I went to create the announcement, I realized the hard drive I downloaded them to crashed and I panicked. I contacted the studio via their online form requesting a download link and crossed my fingers. Alex responded super quick with a link and a kind message. Five stars for both the shoot experience and for Alex’s responsive, personable, and helpful customer service.

I went in for a session and noticed the level of cleanliness, organization, and had a great time with my shoot with the great direction of the photographer, I believe his name was Sam. I highly recommend having your photos taken at this next level studio. 5-stars all the way!

Photography lacks creativity and innovative advances of technology. Any 7th grader with an iPhone can produce more memorable photos! It’s unimaginable how overpriced and overrated this studio really is.I emailed & called this studio to ask a couple questions thinking maybe I’ll give them a chance.. 5 weeks later, still waiting for a response... utterly disappointed. I won’t use this company for school pictures again.

Got my senior portraits here and theyve done a good job with adapting to COVID regulations. Easy check-in with the app and photographer was super chill.

We have used Now and Forever Studios for all three of our teens senior portraits. We have always been pleased with the pictures and their service, but I have to say this last time was exceptional considering the Covid situation. We waited a little too long to schedule our appointment, but they still got us booked in time to meet the school deadline. Our appointment was quick and they followed all the safety guidelines. The staff was helpful and professional and the pictures turned out great.

I had an amazing experience twice! The first session was great and then because of some issues they graciously offered a retake session for my sons senior portraits. I am so grateful and appreciative of the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and photographer. I had gotten emotional waiting for my son to take his cap and gown pictures and the photographer had given me a tissue and someone else gave me a bottle water. It was so thoughtful and the entire experience all around was amazing. Will definitely recommend Now and Forever to others and would not hesitate to come back again! I got my senior pictures done here everyone is very professional and kind. They take time with their work and incredible pictures. The whole staff took care of me and my needs and my photographer Sam made sure that everything was perfect during my session. HIGHLY recommend getting senior pictures done here I have placed an order and the pictures came out just as I wished for my senior year even with the pandemic!

I had the time sensitive problem of helping my daughter be able to submit her senior portrait photo to her school yearbook on time. I sent an email in the evening and Alex not only responded before the studio even opened with our issue resolved, good to go! Thank you Alex! (Four stars is not because of Alex but because the studio did not send information to us access the photos in the first place and did not provide the info that we needed to select the photo for my daughters yearbook)

I have extreme anxiety and a heart condition. While waiting for my senior portraits, I almost had a panic attack. I felt as if my lungs were going to collapse, my heart was racing, I was heaving massive chest pains, and I was hyperventilating and felt like I couldnt breathe. There were so many people in the lobby with no social distancing. My photographer wasnt giving direct instructions and the picture felt rushed and came out terrible. The photographer was rude and criticizing my hair and everything I did, and I felt like she didnt care about me. I dont recommend this studio. They do not care about their clients or their needs and accommodations. Now, my pictures are ruined and I will not come back to this studio.

Staff were pleasant and photos were of excellent quality. COVID precautions were well done and organized with sparse people and spaced areas. Would come here again.

Super easy-to-follow Covid instructions for checking in when you arrive in the parking lot. My daughter went in by herself and said the process was quick and easy.

Ive had quite a few photos restored and a few colorized by Forever Studios and wont use anyone else. They are friendly, easy to work with, even when I requested minor modifications, and the final product is spectacular! They say you pay for what you get, and with Forever Studios you get the very best! Certainly deserving of a 5-star rating!!

My daughter did not tell me about the senior portrait pictures. So we did not pay for it. After 2 months and seeing the pictures on Braham Instagram I asked her about it. She said she did not want the pictures. I was so mad! I was able to talk to Alex by email, paid for the pictures, and he will send them to me. Great pictures and great customer service.

We were initially very happy with our daughters senior/graduation photo session. The appointment system, check in process and communications throughout were great. My daughter had 2 photographers in different studios to allow for her cap and gown/drape photos required for her year book and the additional outfit of choice selection.On completion of the shoot, we were not satisfied with the graduation pictures at all - there were attention to detail, instructed pose and hurried selection of the final pic issues that we were not happy with. Obviously we were concerned that photos we did not like would be immortalized in her final year book.I sent an email to Now and Forever following the shoot explaining my dissatisfaction. Their response was very fast. I couldnt be more impressed by the professional way Maxine and the entire Now and Forever team addressed my concerns and rectified the situation with a new shoot for just the graduation pics.Her new cap and gown/drape pics are absolutely fabulous and we now look forward to her final high school year book coming out.

We had made an appointment for Senior pictures and an extra session. while waiting I looked at the pictures on the wall with students in various poses with different kind of propts like...Senior ....Grad......2019 signage...common items you would want to see in a picture with your Grad. Before you realize your time is up and I got to throw in a please can I get one with the Grad sign. So was a little disappointed. I was thinking We would be spending hundreds for these pictures but most likely we will get a regular package.

A great experience getting Senior photos done here!

Im giving them 2 stars instead of one because they did a good job on my senior portraits. My Prom photos however were GOD AWFUL. The woman who took my picture didnt even bother to pose my date and I or told us to adjust and the picture came out looking awkward. The lighting was also terrible and made my skin look a bunch of different shades at once and the backdrop was so ugly. I notice that they always use ugly backdrops for school dances. My experience with prestige photography studios was much more pleasant and professional and they use gorgeous backdrops.

My son recently had his Sr. portraits taken here and the experience was great. Our photographer was great he was able to get my son to relax and got some really great shots of him (my son hates having his picture taken). The office staff was professional and very polite. The only thing that stops me from giving them 5 stars is that, during my sons shoot one of the other photographers came into retrieve an item and as he was leaving he walked right in front of the camera as our photographer was getting ready to take a picture. I felt that was very rude and unprofessional of him. He couldve very easily and quietly came in and left through the back door without interrupting our session or better yet he could have waited till we were done.

Have my headshot taken in the studio, very friendly and professional staffs. Got my pictures only a few minutes after the session, very convenience.
