I scheduled an appointment for consultation and for my daughter to take the entry test. I requested an online orientation because I couldnt get to the facility in time due to bussing.When I reached out to the instructor they tried guilt tripping me, said that their service isnt good enough for learning online and insinuated that if I was one of the parents who could bring their child everyday, that would be the only way she would get ahead.My daughter just lost her father and I have to navigate everything alone.I am trying to get her help. That is why I reached out. I will search else where because I cant support a company that manipulates or guilt trips parents for $$$

This place was a massive waste of time. I went here in 5th grade because I missed 2 months of advanced math in school so I needed some help getting my grades up again. Instead of starting me where I was having trouble they had me start at 1st grade math. I was an Advanced student doing 1+1 in there. This was unorthodox. After a year I wasnt even at where I needed to be and failed math in school and blame it entirely on this horrendous tutoring service.

After trying two other after school tutoring/enrichment centers, we are very pleased to have selected Kumon at this location. Well trained, helpful staff has made all the difference for my daughter. Excellent support and communication. Regret that we didnt start earlier, but I am satisfied knowing we are now on track.
