I enrolled both of my girls into Learning RX Louisville for 3/days a week. Not only did the teachers and staff help to enhance my children’s reading and writing, which were our main concerns, especially for one that was recently diagnosed with dyslexia, but they did it in a fun, and playful manner leading to full engagement, productive sessions. My younger one recently graduated and continues to plead to go back! Thank you Learning RX, you not only restored my young girls’ confidence but you made reading enjoyable!

My daughter has been coming to Learning RX since November and the difference that is has made is indescribable. She is becoming more confident in herself and even raising her hand in class. She is beginning to be able to talk about her day and not just say I dont remember. The trainers here are all amazing and I love to see the smile on her dsce going in the door and coming out at as well.

I enrolled my son here and his reading scores increased dramatically. He has a learning disability, dysgraphia. My son and I usually butted heads over homework. He worked very hard one on one here, I took myself out of the equation. He needed someone besides his parents holding him accountable. By the time he got there he had a negative outlook about school. The culture at learning rx helped him overcome that. It’s ok to fail. Students are expected to fail. Fail and try again. Learning is lifetime process. Schools tend to focus on test scores, which has its place. But more importantly the world is full of wonder and awe, not just tests. The center helps rekindle that in students. Demonstrating that learning can be fun. My son scored a 33 on the read portion of his ACT, a big jump.

My son’s ACT score increased by 5 points! He had taken traditional ACT tutoring, and his score stayed the same. Molly identified the root problems instead of simply test taking strategies. Jon is an amazing trainer and worked with him to complete the program. Jon connected with himand encouraged him the whole time. You will be so pleased with their care and professionalism!

Our daughter walked into LearningRx with the thought the she would never be able to succeed in school. She had struggled with school her entire life, never seeing success, and she had it in her mind she couldnt. Early on in the program she would be challenged by her tutor and my daughter would give up and say I cant. Her tutor wouldnt allow her to quit and my daughter slowly began to see she could. Over the course of the year we began to see small changes in her attitude towards school. She seemed to enjoy learning new things and surprised all of us with a 4 on her first AP test at the end of the school year. This year she is a different kid and has started the school year on fire. During the first 6 weeks she has 4 As, 3Bs, and a C with 2 AP courses. Her confidence in herself has grown exponentially. If you have a child that just doesnt seem to connect with school give LearninRX a call. They have changed the course of our daughters academic life. Thank you to Michelle and the rest of the LearningRx team we are glad we found you.

My son learned so much. Homework became easier and completed without complaint. It is a long time to work hard, but the results are worth it. Highly recommended!

They are great! I felt my mind skills had declined after retiring and I went looking for a broad program. Not a we help 6-16 year olds one size fits all curriculum. I was tested and then the program covered many areas but concentrated on my weak points. They made a real, tangible difference in my life!

We enrolled both of our sons in the program with Learning Rx. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the results! It was a long journey, as one of my boys did the 32 week program, but I would do it again in a heart beat! I have a second grader who entered school this year reading at a 5-6 grade reading level! But more impressive was my older son was taking medication for ADD. After completing the program with Learning Rx, I am so happy to say that he has not had to take any medication this school year and has managed to maintain a 3.6 gpa! At the end, both our kids had above average results with 19 and 30 points gain on their IQs! And both of my kids really enjoyed going through the program. They have even asked if they can do a booster over summer break! And the staff at this branch is AMAZING!!! I liked hanging out while waiting for the training sessions; so many wonderful people to talk to. From the minute you walk in the door, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Our trainers had a great rapport with our kids and were able to get them to do things I would have never thought possible. Definitely one of the best investments we have made in our children! We love Learning Rx at Springhurst!

I was amazed at the skills my son learned at LearningRX. He has struggled in reading since elementary school and he is now a freshman in high school. I have had him involved in tutoring sessions and extra reading groups. The extra help he received helped him tremendously, but he still struggled and hated reading because of it. I never stopped searching for what the issue was with his reading struggles and luckily I came across LearningRX. My son has auditory processing disorder which affects how a person processes information. The training he received at LearningRX was outstanding, not too mention how much his confidence level rose. He is now able to read an entire book on his grade level without asking for help or struggling with the words. He actually enjoys reading now and his grades are extremely good. He has been on the honor roll each semester. He so enjoyed going to LearningRX his instructors were the best and he looked up to them with so much respect. The skills he learned will be life long skills he will carry with him not only through high school, but through college and onto the career of his choice. Thank you LearningRX.
