My husband and I chose to remove our child from this facility when we received an email that made us feel like we were no longer welcome since we, as a family, supported a mask mandate that was implemented by our Governor. We also completely understood and respected that not everyone agreed with it, but the email from the facility (that we were trusting with our child’s safety) stating that they did not support wearing masks made us feel like our son was no longer a good fit for Puzzles. After the mask mandate was implemented we also witnessed staff walking into the building without a mask and parents refusing to wear a mask when picking up/dropping off their children. As a family we decided that we were not comfortable sending our child here because we no longer felt welcome due to our safety concerns and our compliance with mandates.I gave this facility two stars due to our positive experience with Mrs. Anna, Mrs. Rebecca, and our son’s teacher Ms. Pam. These individuals always treated us with respect, compassion and diligently cared for our son.

Hands down the BEST daycare for children. The staff is knowledgeable. The owners are the most down to Earth and caring owners of a daycare I have ever met. I do not consider this a daycare though because the teachers actually teach and play with the children! Your child will flourish here and you will be amazed.

After researching several childcare options for our son and touring a few places, my husband and I decided to send him to Puzzles. He was 14 weeks old when I went back to work and I definitely had a hard time with the transition but everything was made so much easier because of the phenomenal staff at Puzzles. They were incredible helping both my little boy AND my husband and me transition to him being there. Kim, Ginny, Molly, Stephanie, and all the other wonderful people there have been so patient and supportive with this nervous mama! They answered all of my million questions patiently and thoroughly and weathered my first time mom freak-outs with total calm and understanding. They clearly love my little guy and its obvious that he loves being there. They take great care of him, send us pictures and updates during the day, and send him home with a report every day. There are different toys for him to play with and learn and when he gets a little bit bigger there are fun play areas that he can explore outside of his classroom. Everything is always clean and safe. Theyre also always willing to accommodate my little guys changing needs and any requests that my husband and I make. Knowing that my baby is well taken care of and happy at Puzzles is such a huge relief and Im so grateful! I cant recommend them enough!

My daughter was only there for a few weeks and I witnessed the daycare worker pick my daughter up on the floor and throw her in her crib because she was crying and the director said she was going to have their investigator come in to go over everything. Well later on that day she sent me a email saying its no need and someone would have my belongings at the front waiting for me to pick them up, which I never said I was going to remove my daughter but she took it upon herself to remove my daughter and I asked her about the investigation that was suppose to take place and she never emailed me back. We were suppose to all sit down and talk about what I saw, me the dictator and the teacher and that never happen. So if your looking to put your child in daycare I would suggest not to put them in puzzle Academy because they are very dishonest people and she said because the teacher had been there for so long she wasnt capable of doing anything like that and very rude people!

My daughter has been at Puzzles since she was 10 weeks old and I have had older children attend at 3 years and 1 up until they left for kindergarten.I have never had an issue or felt uncomfortable about leaving them in the care of this facility. Everyone has always been pleasant and has shown genuine care and concern for my kids. They feel like family to us and we will miss them as my last child enters kindergarten next year.

My wife & I knew within ten minutes this facility was right for us. Very welcoming & everyone knew each others name; which meant a lot. Made it seem like a family of coworkers! I genuinely feel safe when my son is at daycare. Also I love how ever week they practice (teach) something new, even at 13 months. Ms. Elizabeth is more than my family could have ever asked for!!

My little one has attended Puzzles Academy full time since he was 2 1/2 and he is now 4 1/2. I cant imagine having more in a day care. He love it there. Huge safe indoor play area with lots of room to run. Nice outside play area. He is in a large room with lots of activities and often travels to other rooms. Lots of variety and fun stimulating activities. The curriculum is great. My sister is a teacher and after spending some time with my little guy she said I was definitely getting my moneys worth from that perspective. Water bouncies outside and field trips in the summer. There is no other day care that provides so much. I did not know the owners Tim and Kim before starting my little one there but I feel like they are friends now. I know they make sure all standards are met and care about each and every child. They even put on a Christmas show involving each of the children that has created some wonderful memories.

Puzzles Academy is an amazing daycare. I was devastated when I found out I was going to have to put my child into a daycare. Then, I found Puzzles. The directors were wonderful. They took the time to listen as well as keep me informed. The infant room teachers, Lauren and Mindy, are phenomenal. They treat the kids as if they were their own. The care that my daughter received was beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a place that will love and take care of your children the way you do, Puzzles is the place for you.

I advise all prospective parents to stay away from this daycare. From personal firsthand experience I know what goes on behind these walls and it is not something I would ever want to willingly put my child through. I’ve witnessed abuse, neglect and downright ignorance for the care of the kids here. Their director does not care at all about the kids only about the money, which is why they shove kids in every corner possible. They are unprofessional to put it nicely. Please look elsewhere for the safety of your kid, please.

My child was enrolled at this daycare for approximately 6 months. For the past month and half they have complained to me every day acting like he is a big problem. Since then they transferred him to the 2 year old room with a new teacher. Who seems to be a bit off mentally. He doesn’t turn 2 until the end of March and they claim that a 1 year old has “behavioral issues”. Most of the employees act rude and snotty. Especially the director and managers. This daycare is way to expensive for the quality of care that they give. They can’t even wipe my child’s snotty nose. Every time I picked him up his face was filthy or his shirt looked like it was used for a tissue. There was a time that I walked in to pick up my child and he was in another room unsupervised as well as a few other kids. His daycare teacher asked me to grab the children and bring them to her. This was when I was completely turned off. This was the first daycare I sent my child to and I thought I chose the right fit for not only my son but for my piece of mind as well. I am disappointed with how my 1 year old son has been treated in this facility. They have lied and said he does things at daycare that he has NEVER done at home. He supposedly walked up to another child for no reason and bit him. How does a one year old know to target a certain child and just bite them? He has never bit anyone at home and we don’t walk around biting people. He obviously learned that behavior at daycare. There was also an incident where he caught hand foot and mouth disease from one of his friends in his class and the director acted nasty and rude. Telling us that he didn’t get it from there and we need to come get him that he couldn’t come back until he was clear. When 2 of the other employees working there told us they new that it was going around in the facility and suspected it in one of his other class mates. They obviously care nothing about the kids. They only care about the money. I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone unless your child can speak for themselves!!

I feel that the teachers and child caregivers needs to interact with the children more than they do they’re not very responsive to the children that they are supposed to be watching The Child caregivers seem to be interacting more with each other than the children themselves. In my opinion this is very sad they are there to interact with the children and be responsible caregivers!!!!

I moved my son here after a terrible experience at another daycare (like, hospitalization terrible). I was scared to put him anywhere, but after several glowing reviews from coworkers my husband and I took a tour. The owners have been extremely sensitive to our fears and have done everything they can to assure us of Reids safety. I have been very happy with the staff; his teachers understand his personal quirks, and the entire staff knows his name and says hello when were walking through the center. I would recommend Puzzles Academy to anyone searching for child care.

We have been attending puzzles for 3.5 years now and have two boys enrolled. I tell everyone who is looking for childcare to go to Puzzle’s! We can’t be with our children all day while we work but I know the receive almost the same love and care at school as they would at home. Paige is my 1 year old’s teacher and she gives us stories and information every day which is what I love to hear since he can’t tell me himself what he did and how his day was. She loves him like her own which is truly a blessing. Kourtney is our oldest son’s current teacher and he loves the activities they do and he has so much fun and learns so much every day. His previous teachers have all been wonderful and caring and I know he is developing perfectly emotionally and educationally because of Puzzles. The teachers really care- Danielle, my older sons last teacher even helped us immensely with our oldest when we were having sleeping issues at home. And I can’t understate the care that the owners and the staff show to the parents, teachers and children. Issues sometimes come up as they will anywhere but I know I will always be heard and positive changes can come because of their leadership and understanding which is all you can ask for. I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else!

My son (2 and a half) and daughter (6 months) have attended Puzzles Academy since they were both 12 weeks old. My husband and I work full-time jobs and do not have a lot of family support, so finding childcare was the only options for us.I remember how reluctant and heartbroken I was going back to work after my 12 week maternity leave was up after the birth of my son. I did not have those feelings with my daughter. I knew she would be well cared for, loved and nurished by the staff at Puzzles Academy by the way my son had been well cared for, loved and nurished for the past two years. Both of my children are thriving at Puzzles and I could not be more grateful. I see their teachers as additional family members who are partnering with my husband and me to raise our children! I highly recommend Puzzles Academy!

A major aspect that bothered us was the overall snotty attitude of the staff. It almost seems like they have a complex problem. We did not enroll our son at Puzzles due to concerns about child supervision and general classroom management. However, they are not lacking in clients so they have to be doing something right. We were not impressed with the overall operation of the facility, but then we are very particular when it comes to our kids.

If I could do 0 stars I could. These people put on a good show. They act accepting. They told me they had a spot open for my daughter and when they found out she was autistic her spot magically disappeared. Seriously? Dont bring your kids here if they have special needs. Its a freaking joke.** updated:I tried to come in THE NEXT DAY to sign her up and do the tour. I had an appt scheduled and then the director called me and cancelled it. How is that my fault??!! I took the NEXT open available tour. Under the assumption the spot will still unavailable and the owner told me he couldnt access her rosters. None of this is my fault. You are to blame.
