Terrible job placement after graduation some of the numbers I were gave were from bars that had been close down other were in run down, high crime parts of town!!! absolutely not the expectation set upon by the teacher I also noticed he reminds you of the reviews after graduation before hes met his job placement guarantee!! no one that has graduated with me has been placed or found a job on there own. also never received certification or licensing documentation that was expected. complete waste of money total scam artist

All the people that are writing these reviews on this page are just filling it up with 5 stars for no reason the guy will take your hard earned 400 dollars and bounce after promising you he will find you jobs, its a joke! LEX hustles people and then will not find work!!

Loved this course. This was an Amazing experience. Alex is a terrific instructor and is great at making you feel at ease. I recommend this course and school to anyone looking to change careers or a par time job.👍👍👍

99% of Bars you apply for will have you serving/bar backing Sometimes for at least a year or longer before you even think about bartending. You will learn a some of the drink recipes here but that’s it, I graduated and no one I was in class with is a bartender now. The job placement isn’t good at all and I haven’t Heard from my teacher after I graduated and he’s supposed to be finding me a job, you will have to find your own if you graduate here. Save your money, if you have a friend that owns a bar/club that’s the only way you will get in as a bartender after doing this class.... The only thing about this class is you will learn how to make some drinks but it’s not a guaranteed job cheaper to just start serving or bar backing

I attended and graduated the Louisville School of Bartending during this quarantine, and it is one of the best decisions I’ve made. Alex provided fun, knowledgeable and thorough (COVID-19 approved) classes, from the first, to the last day. I stepped into the class, nervous about bartending, and stepped out ready to serve, confidently. I recommend this class for any one, interested in learning the PROPER way to bartend, while making extra money.

Taught me a lot about bartending in a short amount of time. Got a job as a bartender before I even graduated without knowing anybody in the game.I only wish they had a POS system to learn with there because for anyone whos never been in the serving industry, its hard to learn while also trying to learn everything else at your new job.

I loved the classes. The instructor, Lex is awesome & makes you feel at ease. I started the class with no preconceived notions & followed along with instructions given by Lex. Before I knew it, everything started to come together and I was getting it and correctly producing multiple cocktails.Im a person who started this class later in life (59) but was able to catch on and thrive. I highly recommend this class to anyone, regardless of your age or life experiences. The job placement assistance is a big plus as well. Thank you for everything Lex, you have a gift for teaching and sharing your knowledge.

I LOVED taking this class! Its a very social and hands-on learning environment, and the time flies by because youre having fun as you develop new skills. Lex taught our night class, and I couldnt have asked for a better teacher. He has a knack for bringing out the best in his students, and is a well of humor, knowledge, and invaluable experience. Great place to learn about bartending. Even if you don’t know anything about it, people like Lex are there to make sure you succeed.
