I’ve been here three time before covid and was really satisfied with the facials/treatment I received from staff.. post covid I’ve seen rude employees and bad management that can go a long way to ruining an experience. Won’t be wasting my money or time with rude staff after my last experience. 3 phone calls trying to book an appointment with rude staff and got hung up on twice by two different employers.. no thank you. Y’all definitely don’t need my money.

I wouldn’t recommend. The instructors are nice, BUT very unprofessional when it comes to the education they just throw you in anywhere and could careless if you are doing well or not. They definitely pick their “favorites “ when it comes to the students. The kits they give you are nice quality but once you run out of the small sample sized products that come in the kit your on your own. ALL THE NAIL POLISH ON DISPLAY AND/OR TO PRACTICE WITH IS DRIED UP CRUSTY AND ROCK HARD SOME BOTTLES ARE YEARSS OLD ! OUT OF PROBABLY 150-200 bottles sitting out only about 8 polishes would half way be able to work. They lack a in depth and detailed lessons on how to properly learn the techniques. I had high hopes but i really wish i would’ve spent my money elsewhere because the education just sucks!
