While the online part can drag on a little, it is very informative and the hand ons part of the class was fantastic. They answer any questions you have and give the most up to date information. Would definitely recommend!

These girls are awesome and truly know their stuff. Even after working as a nurse for over 5 years, they gave me new information that I had never been exposed to. Because of COVID we wasn’t doing any role play or hands on with other people,But that didn’t stop Holly the instructor from giving an in depth experience and providing adult and infant like dummies dolls to practice with and scenarios to make situations as real as possible. Her serious but down to earth attitude towards making sure the material was drilled in your head and that you were confident to go out and save a life was refreshing and leaves you wanting to learn more life saving techniques from Holly!!! I would definitely recommend!!

Jay was an incredible instructor! The First Aid/CPR/AED class was very informative. I did the 2.5 hour online training, before coming in to do the 1.5 hour hands-on portion. All of my questions were answered from the online class and I felt much better leaving than I did walking in. COVID policies were in place and followed strictly which just made the class that much more comfortable! Thank you, Jay!!

I and my husband attended the classroom session today with Holly and it was amazing! Her way of demonstrating steps involved in BLS is absolutely stunning. I found this class through the American Red Cross and received my BLS certification. Although there were restrictions due to COVID, I don’t feel like the quality of training was effected. Holly was an amazing instructor for three teenage girls and myself. We took the Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED/FirstAid Blended Learning course. The online course was helpful and repeated the important aspects of responding to an emergency, so youll remember them. After completing that on our own at home beforehand, Holly answered all of our questions in the classroom and reinforced everything we had learned online adding more and giving extra clarification. She was very professional while making the class interesting and comfortable for the teens. We all left the class feeling confident if we ever found ourselves in an emergency. The hands on practice with the child/adult and infant manikins‎ was extremely helpful and Holly was amazing about giving real life instances and experiences including simulating chaos and the use of the face shields - it wont always be clean/quiet/calm in an emergency, and she reminded us of that. It was also great to learn about the important components of a first aid kit that some of us dont have and a reminder to make sure you have one in your car and home (and any home youre babysitting)! We talked a bit about first aid and she advised to download an amazing app to have at hand all the time. We also practiced how to respond in a choking emergency with both adults and children - to apply it with real life practice was really helpful after learning about it in the online course. Im hoping to take Fierce First Responses pet CPR and First Aid course and were looking forward to taking Hollys babysitting course as well!! Another note - we took this class in July 2020 during COVID-19 and we felt Holly handled it extremely well. She was flexible with scheduling and responsive to questions beforehand. We felt like everything was clean and well spaced in the classroom training. Id highly recommend!
