DuPont Manual High School is the best high school in the state of Kentucky. Attending this school has improved my social skills, my confidence level, my work ethic, and my educational ambition to succeed has come a long way since attending Manual. There is so much diversity and a niche for success that everyone works together to build one another up and that is something that I dont think you could find at any other school. It is extremely challenging and rigorous but the outcome and opportunities overpower it all. This school is wonderful and I recommend it to those who have the drive to do well in a competitive environment.

One daughter has graduated and another is attending. Top notch education and instruction and definitely a safe school and atmosphere for fulfilling a students potential. This school is worth every penny that I pay in pay in taxes.

In terms of academics and college preparation, easily the best school in Louisville, probably the best in the state. Consistently ranked among the top high schools in the nation by the US Dept. of Education. Youll find a better education here for free than for $13k/year at St.X or Trinity.

Anyone who feels Manual is overrated, think again. I am so grateful that I was accepted into the MST program and had the chance to grow and learn there. I would have ended up differently if I didnt end up going to Manual and was forced into the home school for my area.

I attended when Manual was a magnet school and I thrived academically and socially. My teachers and guidance counselor went out of their way to ensure that I had the information and support necessary to grow and get scholarships to attend college. I got a full tuition scholarship to attend a top art college.

Manual is the ranked #1 school in the state of Kentucky. It is ranked 50th in the country. Manual has an amazing staff and teachers that truly care about the education of students. Manual it is a warm and inviting place for students and parents.

This school is a joke. Teachers that dont actually teach throw homework on students rather than give actual instruction. Just before school let out last year, an English teacher for the junior class had what was required on the board, and she laughed it off and said it was for administration to see.There are several more examples that I could give, but this school has a reputation that it doesnt deserve. My daughter is finishing up her senior year with a 4.0, but feels that there isnt any teaching actually going on. People need to look into this matter. The education there is severely lacking, sadly.

Great school, which main priority is learning, from students to teachers, the administration and more than you can imagine, the custodians. Wow!

Had the great fortune of attending Manual. Everything about it was pivotal to my future. the staff, the other students, the historic building, the location, everything.
