This was my first experience doing a fitness class with mixed martial arts and I absolutely loved it! It worked every single part of my body. I had a pleasant experience and the trainer was very knowledgeable making sure you had the techniques of the various movements used down pat before moving on to the next one. I will definitely be back!
I met Coach Keith when I signed up for a month long contest. I didnt win, but I liked his brand of no-nonsense traininng, and stayed on for another 6 months until business logic dictated that the classs should end (there were only 2 of us willing to get there at 6AM).During those 6 months, I made significant improvements in stamina, and strength, especially upper body strength. And most importantly, I had FUN. If youve been working out forever, or if youre just starting out, you will be welcomed.Although I havent been to the new gym, I hope to return for some kickboxing classes very soon. I need a dose of Coach Keith!
