Instructor, Arnis Ekens, is one of the most loyal and dependable black belts Ive had the pleasure of training with. He has relentlessly pursued training in taekwondo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo and more for several years. Hes a great guy with a true love of martial arts.

Good, friendly relaxed family environment to learn necessary skills for self defense and competition. You can study martial arts at your pace.
