I was having a hard time wanting to start work and leave my child. We found Cadence Academy and got super excited and then even more excited to find out they were hiring. I figured that would make the transition so much easier! I was very wrong. Babies were left in the crib all day to cry unless it was time to eat or change. They did not want to dump toys out because they did not want to clean them at the end of the day… so for eight hours kids just sat bored. I picked up my child who seemed to of had fun but when we got home I noticed her diaper was so incredibly full. Opened up to change her and she had such a bad diaper rash she was bleeding. We went to the doctor the next day and also found out that she was dehydrated. The dr said she thinks this needed to be reported. I guess playing out in the heat and not properly given her drink caused those issues. When I wrote the director (who is really nice) saying that we would not be back there was no response for days besides an email a while later. I figured a phone call the second the email was received would have been a lot more appropriate. I finally showed up to get my kids items and they were definitely willing to compromise but it was silly that we even had to compromise in the beginning. Then the teacher had enough nerve to say I dropped her off with the diaper rash. Which anyone that knows me knows that is not at all believable. So that definitely put up another red flag. I commented on our local neighborhood page and so many had come forward saying that their kids also had what looked like chemical burns with diaper rashes while there and they either left or had to bring it up to someone higher. It made my decision to pull her out solid. For the money spent you’d think these issues wouldn’t be there. But sadly they are. I now work from home because there’s no way I’m risking that again.

My son loves going to school everyday! We have never had an issue here. He loves all of the staff and his teachers. I have family that also went here in the past. Most of the staff have been here for years, which is hard to find in a place. I always reccomend them when I hear anyone talking about needing child care.

Cadence Academy is a great daycare! They are all professional and trustworthy! My daughter loves going to daycare and is always happy when picked up.She loves Mrs Alicia. She is always talking about how they always dance. They are dancing buddies! She is always talking about her job responsibilities, the songs they sing and the activities they do at daycare!Every morning, when my daughter sees the teachers, she is always yelling out to say hi and wave!Definitely would recommend!

Leaving your child with someone else is scary; however the caring people at Cadence Academy gave me peace of mind. Everyone there knows my child by name and makes him feel special everyday. Furthermore, they communicate openly with us, which helps me understand what I should be working with him on in the evenings/weekends. Great place with incredible people!!!

This facility has been fantastic for my little one. She is always so excited and eager to see her teachers at school! When I pick her up she is always in great mood. My child is learning so much and I have to give the credit to the teachers of Cadence Academy! I could not ask for a better place!

Cadence Academy is such an amazing school. The directors and teachers truly care about each and every child. They teach so much more than I ever expected them to, and the Pre-K program is outstanding. My kids absolutely LOVE going here, and my one year old even cries when it’s time to go home. I could not recommend this school any more!

I called to enroll my daughter here, stressed at the point that Im a single at home parent working FT from home with a child who was falling behind in school because I could not do at home learning with her due to work. I choose this place because of reviews and it was the closest place to my location that would allow me to pick up my child during lunch time. I was told the first time that they needed to check their classrooms and would call me back the next day. Days went by and at the end of the week I called back. No answer, left a message, no call back. Called again a couple days later and the woman I spoke with before told me and I quote well right after you called, someone else called and they where enrolled here previously..... basically, she gave the availability to someone else that she knows and couldnt be bothered to call me back. Said she had to check their census again and would call me back. Never did. Thanks for wasting my time while my child falls further behind. Extremely unprofessional

When I initially called back in early June, I spoke with the Director and she stated that she had immediate openings for my toddler. She stated that she would email us the paperwork promptly to fill out for enrollment. Since we just moved to the area, we scrambled to find a local doctor for my toddler to get him a clean bill of health. The paperwork never came through. When I called back a week later, I spoke with the assistant director that stated that there were no slots available and we would have to be placed on the waiting list and the enrollment forms would be emailed to us. That time the paperwork didnt come till a week later in the first week of July.Weve made numerous attempts to call and email following up on the status of the wait list, our calls 9/10 go unanswered or voicemails not returned. On Tuesday, Aug 11th, an email from the assistant director stated that a few children were leaving and that you should have a start date for us by that Friday the 14th. I sent an email on Monday, August 17th asking if yall were able to figure out a start date and it has also gone unanswered.I called yesterday to inquire, and the assistant director said that no start date had been set as of yet and she would have the director call me when she got back to the office. She has not called back.If this organization doesnt care to keep their word and not respond to respective parents I cant help but wonder how they treat the children in regards to care.

Where do I start they leave the children outside and FORGET about them when it’s cold out. they Neglect the children trying to get back at curtain employees. they abuse the children and do not communicate with the parents what so ever. the management is a bunch of lazy people who really don’t care for the children. I wouldn’t being my child here if you payed me too. this place needs many lawsuits and my attorney is watching them as we speak

Cadence Academy I is home away from home for my daughter. The curriculum and learning environment are inclusive for all children due to a strong, professional, responsible, loving and caring, and dependable faculty. Lorrie, director, and Denise, assistant director, are phenomenal! They not only love and care for the children but also their faculty and parents/families. Jennie is such a loving and caring teacher (please note that Mrs. Jennie has countless number of wonderful qualities!). She always makes my daughter feel right at home through love, play, feeding/meal time, nap time, etc. My husband and I truly trust Jennie to take care of our daughter. We always feel relieved every morning we drop her off knowing that she’s right at home; our daughter gets so happy when we tell her she’s going to school to play with Mrs. Jennie and friends! This is a positive sign and relief knowing our daughter is receiving the care she needs. We highly recommend Cadence Academy I. Please consider contacting the facility today. It’s so much more than just a “daycare”.

Honestly, I couldn’t feel more comfortable leaving my baby at Candence. Since day one my child has been learning more and I’ve been getting the peace of mind with the app updates throughout the day while I’m at work. I wouldn’t want my kid anywhere else. We have found our forever daycare!

This place is truly amazing. I feel like my daughter is in great hands while I am away at work. They even tell me that they feel like she is one of their own! The cleanliness and professionalism is top notch! They put so much stock into education, which we love. I would highly recommend Little Scholars I to any family :)Its a tad pricey, but, worth every penny for our family!

I pulled my child from this facility when one of their own employees texted me to let me know another employee was putting my daughter in the bathroom during nap time as punishment for not sleeping. Think long and hard about using this facility and trust your gut and your child. This center also promises to have video surveillance and when the investigator and myself requested the video they claimed the DVR was broken so no video existed. The investigator filed my complaint but stated nothing could be done on their end because it was one employee’s word versus another and without the video nothing would come of it. The center looks nice and the directors appeared overly nice, but I should have listened to my husband on his gut feelings before we placed our daughter. Also, don’t believe the app notifications they send you. I was told my daughter was sleeping almost two hours a day and eating all kinds of foods she normally didn’t eat. When I looked into this the same employee who told me about the incident stated that they just report what most kids are doing not what each kid is doing so I never got accurate information on my daughter.

I am a parent with a small child that attends Cadence Academy Preschool. Cadence Academy is a wonderful childcare facility that provides parents with a peace of mind with a loving, caring, mature, and nurturing faculty. My son is one and has been going to Little Scholars since he was 4 months old. We have been in one room with all the same teachers since. Ms. Jenny is the very best. I cried so hard the first day I dropped him off and I had never even met her and she hugged me and cried with me. She loves those babies like they are her own. Every day I see her kiss my son and tell him she loves him even when I know she doesnt see me there. I trust Little Scholars with him, which is such a relief. My cousins children go there as well as one of my best friends. It is truly the best. I am so thankful that I can work full time and not worry about my child. Not to mention Ms. Jenny has helped me learn along the way. I am a first time mom and having her has helped me so very much. My son also loves Ms. Kathy. She gets all the cuddles =)

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place, the staff, and teachers!!! I could not imagine a better place for my two boys to be while Im at work. When they are at LS, I do not worry one bit about their safety or well being, as I know they are in good hands.

I’ve called and left messages for the director three times now. Each time they ask for my information again as if it’s my first time calling. Still have not received a call back. Communication seems to be a problem.
