Lana and Becky were absolutely awesome working with my family and put the needs of our family first when they patiently waited while I worked out an issue with foster care payment. They had an exemplary attitude about it and went above and beyond. The staff was so good to my grandson and I could see how he charmed his way to their hearts. I could see how happy he was to be there too. Im so grateful and I highly recommend this lovely place. Thank you so much ❤️

I would NOT recommend that anyone send their child here. Everyday is the same routine of incompetent and unprofessional young girls who were left to care for my child but show no interest in his well-being, zero capacity to communicate w/ parents, and unacceptable negative attitudes. For WEEKS in a row (I was on a wait list for another daycare and had to maintain my job, so unfortunately he had to continue to attend this daycare despite my dissatisfaction) every day I picked him up and asked how his day was I was told I dont know I just got here. One day in particular the worker told me she had only been in his room since 10 AM (as a means of offering some sort of excuse)...and I was picking him up at 3:30 PM!!! But still she stated that she had no idea how his day had gone, what hed done, when he ate last, or if he took a nap despite having had him in her care for over 5 hours. Another day I came to pick him up, and they told me he was in a different room, checked that room and nothing, they directed me to a different room, checked that room and nothing. I finally notified the director that they couldnt find my child, and they were finally able to tell me that he was actually in his original room, sleeping in a crib, but that the girls who took over had no idea he was back there. I dropped him off one morning and refused to put him in his assigned room because the worker was crying (while holding someones infant child) and was so inconsolable she wouldnt speak to me. More than once I had other, newer moms, come to me in the parking lot crying and asking for advice because they too felt that their babies were not being cared for adequately, and when this information was given to the owner, they felt she dismissed them and said their children would eventually get used to it. I communicated all of these concerns to the staff multiple times, suggested additional education/training for the employees, and nothing ever changed. The only upside to his care is that they kept him alive. The behavior and poor performance of the staff are unacceptable.

Kids are stuck in a room all day, hardly no toys for them to play with, kids have no structure, teachers like to stay on their phone more then watch the children.

I was a teacher here for three days. There are countless regulations not being followed. Teachers are being left in rooms with double the amount of kids they should have per state ratios. They will not give the kids seconds to eat. There are hardly in toys in the room I was in, just two shelves. No lesson plans are being taught. I wanted to come in and change it all but the management sets you up for failure. My first day, I was left with 12 one year olds by myself without my background check even having come in, alone while the Co-teacher was on break. A woman came in to break her then left me alone. They tried to get me to leave the other teacher alone and you basically have to or else you dont get a break that day. I regret ever working there and I feel sorry for those poor babies there every day.

I put my daughter here for 1 week and I was not impressed at all. The first day I came to drop my daughter off nobody was at the desk. So I rang the door bell expecting a staff member to open the door, and here comes a child from around the corner and lets me in. Standing there looking for a staff member still not exactly sure where to go because it is the first day. Any other lady walks in with her children and says to just walk back and look for the baby room. Theres never really anybody at the desk. Finally getting to (Im assuming) the right room. Theres 2 friendly ladies with the babies, they clearly know who I am so I felt a little better. But not once did they ask anything about my child. Is she on a schedule, what does she like to eat, how is she with nap time. NOT ONE QUESTION WAS ASKED. At pick up yet again I was let in by a child because I still didnt have a code, still nobody at the desk. I get her daily sheet and I see they have been feeding my child infant cereal after I had told them not to. So I mentioned it again. The next day was the same routine. Nobody at the desk, child let me in, feed my child cereal, ect. By the next day I had a door code. I put in the code and it didnt work, so a man leaving the building let me in and proceeded to say they changed the code, heres the new code gave me the new code and let me in. No he wasnt a staff member and nor was there a staff member at the desk. Doesnt seem like they miss treated my child. But the security and lack of staff at the desk is not safe. Also it doesnt seem as if they care to much about getting to know the children and their allergies to foods. Because of them feeding my child infant cereal she has been home sick.

Finally decided to pull my child from this facility. After reading reviews I know Im not the only one who knows this place is not safe. I came in to drop my son off and hear the staff cursing in the baby room in front of children, loud enough for me to hear it in the hallway. The classrooms are out of ratio and out of control! One day I didnt leave until they got it under control. The managers hire people who are not adequately qualified to do their job. Ive had countless incidents happen and when its brought to their attention they pretend to care and say things will change but they only get worse. They allow multiple children to reek havoc and run around during nap time, hitting and kicking my child in the mouth while on his cot trying to sleep! Then what happens to my son? He gets sent to another room as if hes done something wrong and the other child gets to stay and carry on the same bad behavior. Day after day after day with no consequenses. No incident report was even written until after I requested it. Should have been immediately! That is UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to send their children here!!!!
