I would not recommend anyone send their children to this daycare . my kids attended for a few months because they advertise they are 24 hours which is a lie. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. They dont have enough beds for as many children they have. The facility is very filthy and the workers are nasty they give children other childrens pacifiers and bottles. They put dirty covers on your children. The daycare owner Desiree is very unprofessional she does not care about the children just the money. She wont return your phone calls if you have any issues concerning your children she does not run a daycare more like a facility that literally just watches your children and still they do a poor job of doing that. If you love and care anything about your children you would not send them to excellence in learning ! I repeat IF YOU TRULY LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN DO NOT SEND THEM TO DESIREES DAYCARE SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE CASH NOT THE KIDS ! AND if your anything like me you would take heed because Ill do life behind someone feeling like they can mistreat my kids, Im not going to play not even a little bit. So I took my kids out of there before I went to jail. So be silly if you please obviously you dont care about your kids if you send them to excellence in learning. I also worked there for a short period of time because I couldnt respect the way they went about caring for those children there , because THEY DONT CARE! I WITNESSED FIRST HAND THEM MISTREAT CHILDREN.

Do not send your children to this daycare. Very A very unorganized daycare. Children not getting changed regularly. Especially when the director is not there. They arent teaching the children. Teachers just baby sit. Staff will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!

Horrible daycare. I worked here for a little under a month and quit. The place is dirty. The employees are rude as hell to the kids and adults. The babys in the baby room are forced to stay in their cribs and sleep all day. The kids dont get changed as much as they are supposed to. I could go on and on and on. I had to quit because it was so bad and they also dont report anything such as neglect, abuse, or if a parent comes in drunk to pick up their kid. I would never send my child here even if it was free!

My son attended ONE DAY on 8/27/18 I picked him up at 8pm he had 3 scratches on his face. no incident report and no acknowledgement from staff. whom ever is answering the phone is rude and unprofessional. the director Desire said she would review the cameras and get back to me. Im still waiting. the whole experience was horrid

Applied for a job here and even u can in I changed my mind immediately. Dirty unorganized and super small. No room for kids to play and no outside area. Well no safe area to play. And the workers were rude and negative. I wouldnt work there or send me kids

I didnt even send my child here and I can tell you from my experience just visiting it is a waste of anyones time and money. First, there was not a bell or any type of security lock on the door so anyone can just get in. The lighting in the front office was dimly lit and the desk was very unorganized in appearance. I could see the older children out side in their play area which looked small and unsafe, not even sure id call it a play ground or play area. The lady at the front desk seemed very uninterested in her job and us. When we were shown to the infant room I was horrified when I went in there. I felt very sorry for those babies in there. NO carpet anywhere in the room, the room was very small, the cribs looked like small prisons, very messy and haphazard looking all around. By far the worst day care I visited, and Id say I visited about 10+ day cares in the past few months. So this was recently people!! Not a year ago, this was June/July of 2015! Im not trying to run anyone out of business, even though Im not even sure how they are in business running a day care like that, but parents please send your child somewhere else. Im sure the staff there is very nice and caring, I dont know, but from my view of just visiting this place is a mess. Check out Elf Day Care on Breckinridge, same price, and Im sure there others in same price area. Please if you care about your child and their safety DO NOT even chance it on this place. My heart goes out to those poor kids, it literally break my heart to see that people sent their kids to this establishment.

My infant 7mth old went for a month teacher walked out the unfant room left kids nobody there to watch them AT ALL. Girl in the other room refused 2 watch the babied and the bigger kids to never changed diapers refused 2 do that also a baby had poop all up his back she told me to my face she wasnt going 2 change bcuz she wasnt getting paid and hasnt n 2wks I another parent changed the baby n never been back

This is a horrible daycare. I left my child in their care while I was working and come to find out, when I picked him up every night he was crying I would ask them why is he crying they said for nothing . Come to find out my 3 year old told me they put him in the room and shut door and turned the light off until I got there . That was his last day at that daycare. They are unorganized and are extremely rude, please dont take your kids there !!!
