We love First Kids! Our daughter is in the infant room, and is cared for with great love and care. The staff cares for her as if she is their own. This and the small class size make it super easy to leave her there each day.

I just called to inquire about daycare for my child and the lady who answered the phone was not very friendly and frankly sounded irritated. She cut me off and me when I needed care. I told her the time frame, she said they only take 4 babies and there was nothing till spring. No offer of a waiting list. Honestly with her mannerism on the phone I would not want to leave my child there. Whom is the director should be mindful of the way the staff is trained on talking to potential parents. I will be sure to pass a long my poor first impression.
