Great place to work out, swim, and take classes! They also have programs for children.

I was never particularly fond of this place. My family belonged when I was a child,so we could go to the pool,and I did a day camp there. They only stayed,so I could join the clubs,and I quit both. I liked that they were PUBLIC, as opposed to Big Springs Country Club ,across the street,which was a w.a.s.p.heavean. The facilities are clean,and i vaguely remember a helpful staff. But i wouldnt spend ,$15 a month to join,if i lived in Shalom Towers.

Great place for the community! They are very open and welcoming to people of all religions. Everyone there is friendly and very helpful when needed. They have a lot of great community events as well!

Love the JCC. Great place to work out. The pool is nice. Kids love it. Play basketball in the pick up games. Fun place with a lot going on.

My wife and I have been members for a year now, and we love it! The staff are helpful and friendly, and the facilities are clean. Membership is a great deal with all of its gyms, weight rooms, pools, and more.

Facility used to offer better service and had cleaner facilities.The Major Issue is with communication and listening to members!Definitely not user friendly .Policies are not followed routinely and when a issue is presented it’s rarely followed up on!Cleaning is subpar and presents dangerous floors and unsanitary men’s locker room areas and hot tubs !Between broken equipment , stolen equipment , or lack of listening to suggestions this place lacks a desire to hear what guests say and attempt to correct!Facility could be much better and continues to raise in cost but service continues to decline !The price has become steeper yearly and is now higher than many competitors!Building a new building without having a plan in place to address client concerns will not fix the problem.Customer service is lacking and the one caring staff is leaving .

Love playing softball there on Tuesdays.Wonderful programs there including CenterStage, events for seniors and so very much more. A very welcoming and cordial staff.
