Before coming here, my gf and i had some concerns as there are some negative reviews. But those concerns were all gone after several days. The teachers are very friendly and considerate; the director also helps us a lot, tuition credit; and they also take photos reporting the status.. We appreciate their help very much.

Our son has been in the infant room with Ms. Jenn & Ms. Shyanne for about 4 months now and it has been an amazing experience!! As first time parents it was a scary thought having our 12 week old away from us while we both work full time. But both teachers have been sensational! Ms. Jenn is happy to answer any and all questions, she adores our son and he loves her just as much. The whole staff has been kind, thoughtful and professional we got so lucky!

Great place I see alot of positive growth in my son and his growth. Also whats more important is how they practice covid-19 safety at the facility witch as a parent not only fafilling my standards also making me and my son happy and safe.. I would say 5 stars is a under rating this facility. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ seems more appropriate rating...

Both my girls love going to KinderCare! The school keeps them busy with a daily curriculum that is both fun and educational. They love their great staff and fellow class mates. They keep the facility very clean and make yummy meals for them.

Its been great experience. Also very flexible and understanding when its about the children and there safety. Especially now with the Covid - 19 virus in our backyards. Also the teachers are doing a awesome job with my sons growth when it comes to learning. So if I could I would say I would like to give a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating..

Our son has been here almost a year and we love it! Staff is friendly and love the kids. Hours are great, flexible part time options, discount if you work at certain companies/organizations (eg CU). Highly recommend!

My little one loves going to daycare everyday! He loves the staff and even blows kisses bye when I pick him up. The staff is just like family to my little one. I cant say enough about how great this place is! Dont listen to the comments that say they are less than a five. My little one has been there for a year and the comments are not a true reflection of this daycare.

I would like to recognize Kenzie in the 2A classroom at the Louisville Kindercare. My 2 year-old Julian, has been in speech therapy for a few months and may finally be graduating speech here shortly. His speech therapist and I believe Kenzie has been a huge significant factor in the exponential growth of his speech improvement! Thank you so much!

Always chaotic and messy. Lack of structure for daily activities or teaching curriculum. My daughter has been to a handful of different daycares since she was 8 months old she is 5 now. This is the only one shes ever cried at during drop off EVERY TIME. She doesnt seem to be learning anything here other than playing soccer and having splash days. Teachers seem nice but theres nothing but screaming and mayhem every time I come in. Blankets, trash, crafts, clothing, are always scattered around the room. On one of their walls in the classroom they have a list/chart of what they do hourly. When I asked me daughter about it, she said that they never do any of the activities on the chart. This place is sad. Cant wait for school to start again.

Love them. Have become 2nd family for us. My daughter has been there since she was 1 now is 4. We have never had any issues or concerns with this center. She loves her teachers and days spent here. I know I can count on the team no matter the circumstance. With the change in management communication has improved significantly which I have really appreciated.

LOVE this place so much. My kids are always so excited to get there and sad to leave! They have a total blast each and every day and are so excited to tell me what theyve learned. The new management is exceptional: Kind, professional and excellent communicators! They care about the kids very much and it totally shows.

Went in today for a tour. This was our very first tour of any daycare facility ever and I’m glad we came here since the bar was set so low. Walk in and was hastily greeted by the girl giving the tour. She didn’t bother printing the sheet that KinderCare requires for touring parents. Never once told us her name. Ever once told us what KinderCare was all about and how they hire their workers, how state inspections are done and what’s required. All she did was take us to the infant room and show us the area. The worker working the infant room had a much better personality and she wasn’t even giving the tour.No one ever glanced at us to acknowledge our presence. Even one of the ladies in the office who was right in front of me didn’t break eye contact with her computer to look up and even smile. Even as I sat there staring at her. Just not service at all, not a care in the world. What really got me is the girl giving the tour never even looked at me the whole time she just talked to my wife. As if I never existed or should ever have the “privilege” to know what this place was about.Fast forward an hour later and we visit the KinderCare in Broomfield and was warmly greeted by the two ladies running the office. Our tour started out with learning the Kinder way and how the company started and how they hire their workers (strict process), the tour lasted 45 minutes while this one in Louisville lasted 8 minutes. So to quote Mark Cuban on Shark Tank: “I’m out”KinderCare in Louisville doesn’t care about you or your business. They barely care about the children you pay for them to watch (read other recent reviews).

This center is under new management, and we are very happy with the change. Communication is the most important thing for our family, since our little ones (ages 6 months and 2 years) spend so much time there! Our toddler loves her friends there, and I am always impressed by the variety and amount of play her teachers engage in each day. Our baby gets all of the snuggles and attention we could ask for.

Nightmare! Please do not bring your precious children to this cesspool of filth and sadness. Not to mention charging us for a month after we stopped coming here. My kids have been at Montessori for the past year and it is night and day better. This place was beyond horrible I could rant for hours. I seriously cant believe they are still in business.

While the center was easy to enroll with and were able to accommodate our flexible schedules, this place was more of a puppy mill daycare than a learning center. The classrooms are chaotic and the teachers, albeit nice, are often overrun with a surprisingly high student to teacher ratio. Our daughter never got acclimated to this center - cried every day when dropped off. We were repeatedly told she was a passive observer and then would get incident reports about being bitten or shoved, almost on a weekly basis. And she was sick the entire time she was enrolled. She didnt seem to learn much while there - the teachers were friendly enough but there wasnt any special connection. They also did not work with us in toilet training or encouraging a varied diet. The overall ambience and chaos of the center made us rethink our choice when we had an option to go elsewhere. In the end, we felt that if we were going to continue with daycare, she (and we) deserve someplace we feel more comfortable with - so we withdrew and went elsewhere.

Do not take your kid here!! I’ve heard rumors that this daycare is not up to code and is getting marked for violations!!I just took my 2 yr old out because the place is so disorganized, the teachers were leaving themselves, and my child didn’t want to stay. She got injured really bad on her thumb (her nail is all black and possibly the nail might fall off) and the teachers basically didn’t know what happened!!!! She got hurt again like twice in 1 week so we decided to move her to a different daycare! BEST DECISION we made! My toddler has been attending her new daycare for only 1 week and already I can tell a difference!!! She actually says bye to me when I drop her off and then doesn’t want to leave sometimes when I pick her up!
