We have two children at Newburg KinderCare and have grown to consider the staff as members of our family. The children receive excellent care and education in a safe environment. One of the most important things to us is many of the staff have been there since we started. Our youngest has all the same teachers that our oldest had. We see familiar faces every day. This tells me KinderCare cares about their staff which shows they care about our kids. Communication through their app and in person is great which has become even more important through Covid. I appreciate all the measures they’ve taken to keep our kids and the staff safe and healthy during this time as well. We couldn’t be happier with our KinderCare family.

Great place for kids to learn and develop. With that being said I am sick to death of emails about Vacc for adults and now for children. Save your corporate agenda for the weak and scared. We are Vegan and I am a health coach. Learn to RESPECT OUR choice and back off. That vacc covers the 1st strain and not the second. SMDH...

We’ve had our multiple children enrolled in the center over the last eight years and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff turnover is very low; in fact, the center has had the same director and assistant director since we started, which is a testament to the dedication of the staff and positive environment of the center. The curriculum is excellent; my children are starting kindergarten, testing at the top of their class upon entry. I most appreciate the attentive and loving care shown by the teachers. Knowing my children are being cared for in a cultivating environment is such a reassurance when I am at work. Can’t recommend Newburg Kindercare enough!

The staff, teachers and program at Newburg KinderCare is excellent. The staff displays teamwork, are great at communicating and engaging with parents, and are friendly, and my children love going there everyday. They do a great job keeping parents updated throughout the day with their interactive App and they keep us up to date on what the children are learning in the classrooms so we can reinforce it at home. Probably the most impressive thing about the center is the retention rate of the teachers and staff. This is ideal because it creates a sense of routine and normalcy for the children and parents.

I can’t say enough great things about this place!This was the best decision! We loved it there so much that even after we moved extremely far away, we still kept our daughter there. Sara, Nikki, and all the teachers and aides are so wonderful. I felt welcomed and at home immediately and so did my daughter. Initially, when she was having a hard time adjusting I would be feeling guilty and cry on the way to work. Within minutes of me leaving I would receive a phone call from one of the staff members reassuring me my daughter was already OK and not to worry. They also did a great job with her regarding her dairy sensitivity. Everyone went above and beyond for her. She learned so much! Not only academically, but socially too. They even helped her to quit sucking her thumb. I have a background in child welfare and can say that even with my extra critical eye the center and the staff are exceptional. You will not be disappointed!!!!

I can only say wonderful things about this center, My daughter has been coming here for a couple years now and as a first time parent they have been extremely crucial in our life, My daughter loves all her teachers they treat us like family this is truly a wonderful place thank you for everything

Kindercare on Newburg is 6 Stars! Our kids have loved this facility from day 1 and I drop them off knowing without a doubt they are in great care. The facility is always clean, the curriculum is age appropriate and prepares the kids for kindergarten. Even the infants have a curriculum! The kids complete daily/weekly crafts to bring home. Most importantly the staff is caring, kind and all equipped to be great care givers.

We switched to Kindercare Newburg Road after the quarantine so new daycare + starting daycare again after 4+ months home with mom & dad was definitely an adjustment. The WONDERFUL staff at this center have gone above and beyond to make sure our daughter is happy and comfortable. I cant believe how much theyve done to help us adjust. They are truly amazing and treat the kids like their own family. We are very happy at this daycare.

We attended this facility for seven years and loved every minute of it. Both kids did phonics there and were more than prepared for kindergarten. In fact, our youngest just started school and her teacher said she is one of the best readers in the class. Thanks To Ms. Cheryl, Catherine and Dee (and everyone else).

We have been at Newburg Kindercare since 2015 and have absolutely loved our time there. All the teachers have been loving and supportive of my two girls. We even moved across town and wake up to make the commute to keep my second daughter with them. They have become an extension of our family and I couldn’t be happier!

We love everyone at this location! Our son has done amazing there and we are planning to start our new baby there soon as well. I couldnt imagine using anyone else :)

Newburg Kindercare is the model for ideal childcare. All of the staff hold the safety and development of the kids as the highest priority-- something we value more than ever right now. We transitioned our first child to Kindercare from staying home with family at one year old, and the leaps and bounds she made were stunning. We have had the opportunity to experience the infant room with our youngest, and we can say that every class (no matter the age) holds the childrens best interest and growth in mind. There is no better comfort than knowing that our kids are loved and cared for when we arent there.

We love this place. Teachers are great, the app is a wonderful way to stay updated on the kids activities, the hours are great for us as well. Couldnt be happier.

We utilized KinderCare (Newburg Rd) from the time our twins were infants through Pre-K. We were scared first time parents, afraid to leave our babies with anyone else. The staff knew this and not only took outstanding care of our boys but they took care of us as well. Our kiddos have learned so much and been loved so much by all the staff from day one. We highly recommend Newburg KC. The staff is caring and patient. The admins are responsive and receptive. We think they are the best childcare in town!

Kindercare Newburg. there’s a reason there’s a waitlist with this location, because they are simply the best in Louisville. all parents want to teach their kids everything, but we also have to pay the mortgage and work. so that’s where kindercare does their job and then some. My two sons have been going there for almost two years and I couldn’t be happier with finding our ‘home away from home, and our extended family.’ thank you Kindercare for the love of learning and the love.

As a business owner myself I know how difficult running a business can be. My son has been attending KinderCare for 2 years now and is in their Pre-K program this year. The entire staff has always been super friendly, the place is always clean and most importantly my son loves it here. Hes also in their phonics program and is starting to read now. I highly recommend KinderCare for any ages.

KinderCare on Newburg Road in Louisville, KY is an awesome place to send your children for childcare. All of the teachers we have encountered in our two childrens classrooms have been so caring, nurturing, and have great communication skills. They really listen to you and try to make any accommodation needed to make your child comfortable. The directors of this center go above and beyond to make the families feel like they are a part of the center. They have curriculum but focus on learning through play, which we love. They also offer other classes that you can enroll your child in based on their skills or interests. My daughter has loved their phonics program. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is.

My daughter has gone to this center for almost a year and as a first time parent, nothing gives me more peace of mind than knowing she is in THE best hands in Louisville. The ladies at the Newburg Kindercare are the best in the area hands down !

My son has been at this location for 2 and a half years. I can not describe the growth we have seen in him!! He loves going to school and is sad at pick up if his teacher has been out sick for the day because he loves his teachers. Ms. Catherine, Ms. Stephanie, and Ms. Nisha, along with others who are not his teachers but have taken the time to know my kiddo and our family, are always willing to chat about how weekends went and laugh when my kiddo is being his goofy self. This place has been a wonderful school for us. Posting this because we are leaving at the end of this week to head to Kindergarten in the fall and we will surely miss this Kinder Care family.

Every parent looks for the best place to take their children for them to learn and grow. This place completely wowed my husband and I. I cant even put into words how amazing they are. My 5 yr old son has been there since he was about 2 and the growth Ive seen in him is incredible. They actually have a curriculum they follow and teach them so much more than just the alphabet, and counting, and numbers. My son is incredibly smart for his age and it is because of the hard work these teachers put in. I will always be grateful for everything these teachers have put into their kids. They truly love them. My son graduated from kindercare and is moving on to kindergarten and he beyond ready for it.
