Ive worked here for over a year and the owners, Rick and Julie are incredible! They are extremely professional, kind and compassionate toward teachers, kids and families. I can honestly say I enjoy coming to work each and every day. The children are wonderful as well as the staff. The parents care a lot about their childrens well being and it is easy to work with them as a teacher. Overall its been a really positive experience and I would recommend working here to anyone in a heart beat!

Its unfortunate that a place that has so much potential is run by humans who have no empathy, logic or human decency. As most places are run top down, the owners create an awful environment for all. They are mean, discriminatory and unprofessional. I really feel for the directors/teachers because they are just puppets who have no say. They are also very selective as to who they like in terms of parents. If you are vocal, you will be pushed out of the school. Also, their Covid rules are just about as illogical as they come and their sources change on the daily. Until this place is run by new forward thinking, not insecure owners (this will be never), I do not recommend it. Watch out for the turn over too - there has been a TON of it.

I applied here and had an interview. I had the interview and it went great they said they would let me know Friday if I got the job. They texted me to let me know I got the job around 11am. I ended up being really busy Friday due to some unseen concerns with my family. I texted the lady who own Goddard school Saturday afternoon and she texted me back saying they ended up hiring someone else. First off that is so unprofessional you could of let me know instead of me wasting my time texting you back excited for the job. Usually if you give someone else the job you let the other candidates know. Also give others time to reply as some of us do have children and other things going on in our lives that we aren’t always by our telephones.

I’m sure that The Goddard School, as a franchise, has a wonderful reputation, nationwide. For me, what sets The Goddard School Louisville apart, is the people. They are unmatched. Where there may have been changes to teaching staff or other situations to which they had to respond, the owners did so thoughtfully and with grace. The directors supported the owners’ vision and fostered a lively, positive learning environment. My daughter’s teachers responded to her needs and supported her insatiable curiosity. Though leaving The Goddard School Louisville was a very sad day for us, I know my daughter is more than prepared for the next chapter in her learning journey!

Rick, Julie and the entire team are wonderful. We came to the school after another bad experience. The teachers were absolutely wonderful with our son and brought the best out if him. Through COVID they have been absolutely amazing. The guidance and communication was more than I ever expected.

I have had the pleasure of being both a parent and an employee for The Goddard School Louisville, and was very happy with my experience with them. I was an employee for 2.5 years and really enjoyed working for the owners, Rick and Julie. As parents themselves they truly understand how it can be difficult sometimes juggling home and work life, and therefore are quite accommodating and understanding as employers. I thoroughly enjoyed building relationships with some of the families and had great experiences with my coworkers. As a parent, I really liked my daughters teachers. She went through two classrooms in her time there and both sets of teachers had great open communication with me. I always felt supported as a parent, from not only her teachers but the admin as well. This is a wonderful school to work for and to bring your children to!

Julie and Rick, owners of Goddard School in Louisville, CO are wonderfully professional, warm, and caring. They made my son and I feel very welcome and addressed all of my concerns from previous not-so-great experiences at a day-home. My #1 concern was my sons safety. I immediately felt great relief knowing my son was in very capable and professional hands, with the teachers, staff, and owners/school directors. We have been at Goddard for two years now and it has been really amazing knowing my son has had a consistently solid education and care for the past two years. He loves Goddard, his friends, and the teachers and staff. Thank you Julie & Rick so much for these last two years.

We love Goddard. Our little girl has been going here since they opened and she has really progressed in her speech and cognitive skills. Her teachers are super sweet. The kids are always doing fun crafts. The daily reports are great too and very detailed. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to see their little ones thrive.

Love the place! Rick the director not only knows his stuff, he cares above and beyond the call of duty, once coming to my rescue helping me out of a jam. The whole staff is so friendly - I feel like everyone knew my name a well as my daughters. My 18 month old loved her 9 months there and got excellent, warm, playful and especially engaging attention from Barbara and her caregiver partners. Facilities are super clean and safe. Highly recommend this daycare. We had a great experience - only left because we moved.

I have very positive experience with this school. This place is different from others, it has soul in it. I really like the way kids are treated here. Teachers are competent, the program is extensive. My son started speaking first English words and sentences here. Very friendly atmosphere. Definitely, recommend them.

My 5-year-old daughter attended The Goddard School in Louisville for about 6 months, and we are only leaving because we are moving to a new state.In the short time she has attended, my daughter has continued to amaze us with how quickly and how much she is learning. Despite being there for 6 months, the developmental growth we saw was almost immediate.With regards to language, she is constantly pointing out signs with words that she recognizes, sounding out many complete sentences in her books, and writing down her “sight words” for the fun of it.My daughter is able to count higher than ever before without missing numbers. She is performing basic arithmetic by counting fingers and has even subtracted numbers in her head when telling us how many candies she will have left after eating all of a specific color.One of the most interesting things we noticed within the first month of her enrolling at The Goddard School was that her questions became more inquisitive and pointed in some ways; she better understood how to ask a question in order to get the answer she was looking for.The staff is very kind and helpful, and the owner Rick is very receptive to feedback. It’s clear that he has a dedicated interest in the happiness and success of both the children he works with every day and their families.If we were not moving, we would absolutely have our daughter continue her education with The Goddard School in Louisville. I cant recommend it enough!

We love the Goddard School, the owners, the teachers and the faculty. Our son has been attending since opening day, and its clear how the curriculum and early socialization have positively impacted his development. Our son is a very busy, motivated boy and the Goddard School has provided the right environment to help him thrive. Our son frequently comes home using new signs and words, he looks forward to school and gets more stimulation than he would at home. And since we cant be home with him everyday, we are so thankful to have trustworthy people taking care of our little baby! It takes a village, they say, and we are so happy that Goddard is part of our village.

One of the best daycare experiences weve had since moving to Colorado. Goddard Louisville is a very well managed and clean facility. Great parental interaction from the schools teachers and directors. Highly recommended!

Learning through play is very important to our family. While we want our child to be ready for grade school, we also want him to have fun and enjoy being a child. Goddard seems to find the right balance for this. After 5 years at Goddard, our first son just finished a great kindergarten year academically and socially, and our second son is having similar success and loves to go to The Goddard School every day!

Goddard Louisville has been a great resource for development of our little one. He loves all activities, staff and has fun time. We love how hygienic and clean the facility is. Owners spend good amount of time in taking care of any matter brought by parents. Definitely recommend it to parents in the area!

The Goddard School of Louisville is an amazing learning environment for our preschool children. We truly love our children being there with their caring staff. It is reassuring to have the owners, Julie and Rick, on-site and they are involved and supportive - welcoming our children by name every day. Our children dont want to leave at the end of the day and are learning so much - they come home singing songs, talking about the books they read and what they learned. Goddard has a wonderful balance of learning with play. We feel so fortunate to be able to have our children in such a nurturing environment. Highly, highly recommend Goddard School of Louisville!

The Goddard School in Louisville has been an incredible place to have our infant in daycare. The owners treat you like family, the staff is professional, and the facility is beautiful. They are truly invested in the growth, development, and happiness of your child. For example, when our son took ill and was out of daycare for an extended period of time, we received a call from Rick checking in to see how we and our son were holding up.We have been so impressed with the professionalism of the Director and Assistant Director. When we have had questions or concerns regarding our son’s care, these two have listened, been receptive, and have worked with my husband and I as a team to ensure the best experience possible for our child. The staff in the infant room is so loving and sweet with our son. They greet him with smiles every morning and ask about how his night was and how he is this morning. I get a verbal summary of our son’s day when we pick him up each afternoon.Another wonderful thing about the Goddard School of Louisville is that they use the Tadpoles application to track what happens in each child’s day. We love having an electronic record of ours son’s day. With Tadpoles, the staff can take pictures and videos of our son throughout the day and send them to me and my husband. This is such a treat and we both look forward to these things throughout the day!We have moved to Arvada and that is why we are leaving the Goddard School of Louisville – though let me say, I tried my hardest to figure out if I could drive north to have our son stay there and then drive back downtown to Denver for work! We will greatly miss the quality care and the people at the Goddard School of Louisville.

My husband and I cant say enough good things about this wonderful school. Between both of our boys, we have now been a part of the infant, beginning toddler, and older toddler programs, and they have all been excellent. They emphasize learning through play, and as an educator myself, I believe in and appreciate their philosophy whole-heartedly. This is not just a daycare (although it is an excellent one with great extended hours!), but also an educational experience. My boys love going here and I am completely comfortable leaving them in their care. I also love that the owner and educational director work in tandem and are on site together all day. Thank you, Goddard of Louisville!

We love the Louisville Goddard program. Rick and Julie (and all the teachers) have been awesome with our son. We were one of the first familys at this location, so our son has seen several rooms as he grows... and every room has been great for his development.

Rick and his staff provide a nurturing environment for our daughter to learn. I am astonished how quickly our little one started talking once she entered into the toddler program at Goddard. Top notch!

We just moved from California, trying to find a good school for our son and the minute we walked in we were totally impressed by Goddard Louisville premises. Rick and Julie are simply amazing. They explained us the entire cirrculum and the process for pre-k clasroom etc. Unfortunately we were moving to a different city which was far so had to move our son from there, but I feel that Rick and Julie are amazing at what they do. They greet us with a smile every morning and took care of our son very well while we were there for over a year. The snacks which Goddard provided were very healthy and my son misses goddard a lot even now. Its definitely a home away from home experience for him. He was so happy to go to school every morning!! The teachers are also very friendly and knowledgeable!! Great School!!

I couldnt speak more highly of Rick, Julie and the staff. My daughter was struggling at a different Goddard school, due to over crowding, poor leadership, staff turnover, unqualified instructors and much much more, so we made the change mid year. What we experienced with Rick and Julie, was everything you would want from a pre-school; hands on owners, focus on education and growth, cleanliness, qualified/caring instructors, healthy environment. Our daughter is well equipped and excited to start Kindergarten in a few weeks, thanks to this wonderful team

Wonderful school, wonderful people!My son and I sort of happened on Goddard when it became very clear that his previous care situation wasnt the best fit for us. Within weeks, the difference in my son was remarkable- he was learning more, engaged, and happy to go to school, every day. Hes even a little disappointed when I get out of a work a little early to pick him up!Life is complicated for a single parent, and every time it got unexpectedly complicated Rick and the folks at Goddard have gone out of their way to be there for us. It doesnt feel like school or day care or a business- weve been treated like family since the day we arrived and were truly thankful.So thank you to all the folks at Goddard for everything you do- not only for my son, but for me. I cant say enough incredible things about you, and well miss you all!

A google add posted on my gmail account, a quick search query on a moms group on Facebook, a quick email over the weekend responded by Julie almost instantly, a quick school tour AND we had found a complete early education environment for our son, Nathan. We couldnt have been happier with his progress, his amazing teachers, and the overall nurturing environment that Rick/Julie provide. I am still amazed at the class activities they get to do, things he learns in school, and comes back home to ask me all those great questions! The thing that I LOVE the most is that Nathans vocabulary sky-rocketed shortly after he was enrolled in Goddard! Sometimes things I say dont make sense to him. Hmmm.... I wonder why! Haha.
