A few things I love is the daily reports, photos and videos received throughout the whole day. It really puts your mind at ease. The teachers are all nice and bubbly.

Our daughter has been at Zorn KinderCare since she was 12 weeks old- she’s nearly 4 now! We have had a wonderful experience with the teachers, support staff and the other families. We know our daughter is loved and she truly enjoys going to school every day. I love that they keep us updated throughout the day about what the kids are doing, too. The center director, Ms. Maggie, and the assistant director, Ms. Morgan, are always friendly and very good at communicating with the families. Our daughter not only learns something every day, but she has fun, too!

Our kids attended KinderCare on Zorn from January 2020 until now. Even through the pandemic, the teachers and directors have gone above and beyond to care for our two children. They showed our family love, kindness, positivity, and care every day, and exercised stringent and consistent health and safety measures through covid. Our kids also LOVE how there’s a special holiday or activity to look forward to every day like pj days, make a book day, cultural holidays, and Kona ice days.Thank you KinderCare team!

My son has been attending Zorn Kindercare since he was 3 months old - he’s now 3 1/2. We absolutely this place. My son truly receives the best care and is learning new things everyday. All of the teachers and staff know him, and he is more-than-OK being his goofy self around all of them, which goes to show his level of trust and comfort here. We originally chose this location before our son was born because we liked the place & it was within close proximity to our home at the time. However, we moved almost 2 years ago and now drive across town just to take him here because we love and trust the teachers and staff at Zorn KC so much. We couldn’t imagine taking our kiddo anywhere else!

My son attends KinderCare on Zorn Ave and they take great care of him every day. They go above and beyond for him!! The staff is amazing and they are friends that turned into family! I give it 10 stars and I HIGHLY recommend this place for your childcare.

We have had such a nice experience with this daycare, particularly over the last 2 years. Our kids are learning so much and love seeing their teachers and friends every day. The administrators are always friendly, responsive, and helpful.

My son started attending this particular KinderCare when they were transitioning. Everything started off great but when Cara took over things went downhill quickly. She is extremely unprofessional. She spent most of her days complaining about having to stay until closing time. I would recommend any other KinderCare but not this one.

Ms. Lydia in the infant room is amazing. We love it here. My son looks up and sees where he’s at and starts smiling. They are extremely attentive to all his needs and I know he’s getting the best care possible.

The staff at KinderCare is wonderful. Everyone is extremely friendly and loves kids. They take excellent care of my child. We started at KinderCare about the time my child started eating solid foods. The staff there was an excellent resource for this journey. They would recommend foods to try and were very open to allowing my child to self feed. I would recommend this KinderCare location to all my friends.

My kid went to KC on Zorn Ave. when he was 6 months old. The staff for the nursery was great and he was received with love and care. I didnt experience turnover but I was also not there long. My kid was sick all the time, and while I understand that issue is not exclusive of KC, they were cutting cost and no cleaning crew came after the school day. Teachers had to stay and clean and I can only imagine how well you can clean after a full day of taking care of babies. Other than that, we liked this daycare very much.

My daughter has been going here since she was 3 months old and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The teachers have all been caring, kind, and keep the kids happy and engaged. The Staff is always available to update parents and answer questions. My only complaint is that next year my daughter will have to start regular school. We will both miss our Kindercare!

Nice facility and staff! Love the ladies here. The curriculum is fun, yet also educational

I have a preschooler who attends this center and a kindergartener that goes there for before and after school care. the center is amazing and so are all the workers. They all obviously love kids and love their jobs. I have never seen a sour face or a grumpy staff member. No matter what they are doing if a child wants to talk to them they stop and talk. The kids are learning some really great stuff there. from letters to science and more. I picked this place because it was close to my home. I stay because its the best care I have seen. thank you to all the great staff for keeping my kiddos safe happy and healthy.

My daughter started at Zorn at 3 months old and we pulled her out shortly after she turned 2. I will note, that I have nothing but good things to say about her nursery and toddler teachers. They were absolutely wonderful with her.Our issues started with the inconsistency in leadership and escalated when she transitioned into the 2 yr old room. In the short time she was there, we went through 6 directors and they are currently on the search for another replacement. Our issues started due to lack of action with one director when my child was bitten 6-8 times over the course of 3 months by one child. That issue was eventually addressed after I complained to corporate.The breaking point was her transition into the 2 year old room. The teachers are uncommunicative, I got little to no feedback on how she was doing and, depending on what time I got there, none at all because theyre shuffled into the 3 year old room at the end of the day. She was shuffled back and forth between the toddler room, 2 yr old and 3 yr old room for months. Because of all of the chaos and inconsistency she developed separation anxiety (something we had never dealt with until then).We also had issues with the 2 yr old teachers putting someone elses diapers on her, even after speaking to the director about it. My child has extremely sensitive skin. Anything other than her diaper causes intensely painful flareups.On top of this, there were at least 3 occasions when I picked her up whered she soaked through her diaper and no one had bothered to change her. This is completely unacceptable and inattentive behavior. One instance was so bad that her butt and upper right thigh were completely raw.If you want to send your child there as an infant or toddler, I highly recommend the teachers. If your child is older than 1, youre better off looking elsewhere.

My son has been at this location since he was 5 months old. I drive across town just to take him here and I cant imagine taking him anywhere else!

No complaints. This place meets all requirements for picky parents.
