I was able to finish and pass the state exam within 4 months! I took the hybrid class where it was a combination of in-person classes and online classes. Ms. Lucy Brooks is an excellent instructor, she gave detailed information and gave real life real estate situations which helped me a lot on passing the state exam. The online class was easy to understand, theres videos of an instructor that explains everything very well on every topic. It feels like youre in an in-person class which works well for me because Im an old schooler :) I took the state test last week and passed it on my first try! This was with the help of Ms.Lucy Brooks and all her assistants!

I took my Kentucky state exam for the first time today and passed and I attribute my success to this school and how it has prepared me for success! I did the All online course with the additional math review section. I think the most helpful portion was the access to a question bank for the national and state exam practice questions.
