Home Services Real Estate Academy has an impressive group working together to ensure student success. The instructors were very knowledgeable and kept the classes upbeat. I also appreciated the extra time Donna Miller spent with me after class.

I absolutely loved my experience with HSREA! From Day 1 I have never had an issue getting any questions answered by Kristen at the front desk in a timely manner. Doug, Donna , and Tom all have different styles of teaching but I was able to embrace and learn everything I needed from each of them. I began with HSREA Jan 25, 2021 and I received my Kentucky Real Estate Sales Associate License April 15, 2021. I passed my national test on the first try and my state test after the second try. It is really what you make it, if you truly study all material given to you, crosswords, law manual, etc., take notes, and never be afraid to ask questions if you dont understand, YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS PASSING. I plan on going back to this school to study for my brokers license. I will forever recommend HSREA to anyone looking to get into the Real Estate world. The staff at HomeServices Real Estate Academy is very helpful. I took my 96 hour credit course requirement for my real estate license through their two week course. It was very organize and provided me with the information to help me prepare for my state and national exams. I recommend HomeServices Real Estate Academy to anyone interested in pursuing a career in real estate!

I believe it was easy only because your school had prepared me so well for it.

I had serious medical conditions with myself and my oldest child after only one class. Spoke with Kristin once and she said she was going to get ahold of her administrator about a full or partial refund, and now the phone number I had won’t even ring and she has never returned the call.
