Completely GHETTO! Cashier walks away from counter to take care of the delivery guy. Had me standing their for close to 5 minutes. The store was dirty, floors dirty, things out of place, low on products and the cashier looked a hot mess! No name tag or Family Dollar shirt, he was loud when talking to customers. This location need to CLOSE! Simply GHETTO!!!

Nice staff. Plenty of parking. However no cash back 90% of the time and if given only 20 or less. Out of products esp in the clothes and home

The cashier was new but very respectful and check me out with my food and offered me if I wanted to give to the home of the incenses by buying candy so I bought all of what I seen that was on the counter

I think the cashiers are excellent at their jobs, great customer service every visit

The employees are very down to earth and very respectfull cant ask for a better experience

The store is never stocked at all. If your not getting cigs, sodas, chips or candy good luck. They just never stock. Besides that the staff is young but friendly. Fairly clean except for containers either full or empty of something they never put on the shelfs... Lol... Neighborhood is not bad Ive been going there for a year now and never had a problem.

Bad customer service , rude, unfair not clean, and the employees and bosses are very unorganized. Customers shouldnt be hearing the arguments and conversations that goes on amongst themselves. Also very unsafe area cones is covering spot spots where people could get hurt and recovery is an excuse to do less work around the store.

One of the doors was broke to enter the store...... they also had employees taking up aisle for stocking when that could have been done before or after store hours.... to include using the aisles for over stock.... had carts and boss stack up and down the place it was a mess..... unorganized and just messy. The employees were very friendly thats was the only plus

Got to the store at 9:37p and was told it was closed (2nd time Ive ecperienced this at this store). Its not supposed to close until 10p. The young man at the door letting cusomers out advised that they were closing early to clean up.

Good clean place, lots of selections. They greet you as you walk in.

I didnt even want to give one star. The only reason why I did give one star is because the items I needed was in stock. The store manager Attitude is horrible. He dont greet the customer and he has a bad look on his face like he hates his job. Not to mention when I got out my car, he was checking some lil kids bags im guessing thinking they were stealing. But he didnt even apologize after he confirmed that they wasnt. Hes nasty the store is nasty and stock is everywhere. I live no to far away. So thats why I went in the store. But it will be my last visit to this store. And I hate to give a bad review but he needs an attitude adjustment and the store needs more cleaning.

One of the worst family dollars in the city. The store is dirty, merchandise all over the place and just cluttered. Employees rude and unhelpful. I hope you like waiting in line because they have the longest and slowest Ive ever seen.

This is the only place I have ever given a 1 star rating to. I have lived in my current neighborhood for about a year and a half now. This Family Dollar is close to me, so naturally I would go there a lot. Only I dont. Heres why I stopped going... In this store, more often than not, my family and I are subject to dirty looks, theft accusations, and just plain rudeness by the employees. The first time I ever entered the store, a casgier got into an altercation with an annoying customer and literally started throwing items at him right past me, my mom, and my son, almost hitting my sons head. Then she had to be restrained by another employee and talked down because she tried getting over the counter to hit him. Another instance, I got caught in the rain so when I entered the store I was wet and scraggly looking. I was followed by an employee who proceeded to loudly announce that I better not be stealing. I said I dont steal. I have money. Im just wet from the rain, which the response to that from her was , mmmhmmm, and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away telling another girl to watch people cause they aint gonna put up with people stealin no more. I was so mad that I walked out without my things. Another time, the old manager actually ran out of the store with a baseball bat and confronted a friend I was with because he thought my friend stole a dollar bag of Takis. You would think we looked like thieves or dressed a certain way or acted a certain way to receive this kind of treatment, but no. We are a clean cut, nice dressed family. The thing is, this store is in a questionable neighborhood, so naturally the employees are suspicious. I get that. But there is no excuse for the rude treatment of customers, and to run after a paying customer who just spent almost $200.00 in the store, with a baseball bat because you think he might have stole a dollar bag of chips was just insane! We stopped going there, but with us living so close to the store for so long, and hearing how there is different management now, I tried again today. The store was busy and we got our items and stood in line. There were 2 lines open. When it was our turn to check out, the cashier tells us rudely that we have to go get in the other line, which was backed up all the way behind the snacks. Thinking she is shutting her area down, we moved into the long line like we were told to do. Then she starts ringing up customers that were behind us! Really? So why did she make us go stand in the other line? We only had a handful of items. We werent getting anything odd or acting any kind of way. What is it with this store that they are like this? Uggghhhh! I love Family Dollar. I actually used to work at one myself. It is not the brand in general, but I do NOT EVER recommend THIS store.

Rude employees. Only a few are kind and the security guard is awesome. As for over half the staff, they could care less about the customers.

Every single aisle was filled with boxes and empty boxes just laying all over the floor, look like they had a bull go running through there and just made one heck of a mess all over the place. Some Isles you couldnt even get through you had to turn around and go back the way you entered. Ridiculous

I dont think the manger is faces with the people who come into the store if employer buy samething they have a receipt to show what they buy they should be able to keep working at the store un less they did samething real bad to the product everyone need a second time to proved that they are a good worker not sameone who dont want to work and they put it in there record for life time so they can not work for anyone else and that is wrong for than if you made a mistake you would want forgiveness and not do it again but today people forget where they came from and know they did they samething in there pasts
