All the employees are really nice. I only really utilize the curbside pick up and they always get it done. Sometimes I do end up waiting quite a while though

I appreciate how service oriented the employees are at Office Depot.I needed ink for my printer and got all my questions answered.The store is always organized and efficient.Nice self service area too.

Would like to commend Robert at the print counter for juggling numerous customers at once. As for Jody, an employee, and her male employee friend -spinning in the office chairs in the back- I would highly recommend working on teamwork. Jody and her man in the back were sure hitting it off well, but ignored customers when they asked for help. Thank you Robert!

Amazing selection. I love shopping there. They have everything you need. The main reason that I dont give 5 stars is because it can be a tad expensive. I hope that they will be able to compete with Amazon better in the future because I dont like shopping online.

Staff was walking around the store with no mask on - manager did not enforce the clearly marked requirement for patrons and employees to have a mask or face covering - no less than three signs before you step foot through the door, and yet employees dont have to abide by the clearly marked mandate?

Sam, the assistant manger is awesome! Asked for help and she ordered the item we needed - free next day shipping and we were in and out in no time, thanks to Sam.

I was frustrated after going to 2 different competitors who showed no interest helping me with my issue. As I was driving home saw your store and explained I was having an issue with getting something to download so I could attach a file. The young man at the front said someone would be right there to assist and indeed that did happen. Jason was patient and friendly which unfortunately can be hard to findin businesses these days and actually had me laughing over what could have been a terrible situation had I not been able to complete the task. Thanks All!!!

Great store! The staff in the Print and Copy Center go above and beyond, even helping me fix mistakes I made. I am a wheelchair user and they are so helpful any time I need some assistance

Very quick and attentive service. Found a great deal on a desk chair that got even better at checkout due to my rewards plan. My associate was well informed and made sure I had everything I needed. A great shopping experience!

Horrible company to do business with. I ordered a desk from them not once but twice and they both arrived broken in half. The second one took me over a month to get my refund and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. I will never buy anything from them again.

Whenever I need something printed up, I immediately come here. The staff is friendly and professional, and I know I will always get good service. Miss Jodi was particularly helpful to me today when I was stressed for time and helped me meet my deadline with plenty of time to spare. Staff is always really nice at this location. I dont buy a lot from here and by that I mean nothing, but I do ship and package things and their staff is always very accommodating.

I enjoyed the layout of the store, smelled nice, could tell the staff cleans it daily as I work in retail also and was impressed. The deals are wonderful. I went in to buy just some mailing envelopes and ended up buying a bunch of $1 items since I like to stock up. I even bought some extra stuff that I would have bought at a game store or Kroger anyway. The only thing that makes this a 4 star rating is that the exterior of the store is hard to see from the road and I passed it by when I was looking for it. The staff was great and advised me on a gaming PC setup if I ever wanted to come back. I left feeling pleased and happy even though I spent like $100 and only needed a $1 envelope!

Noticed a female manager here, not wearing a mask, and one cashier wearing his mask on his forehead most of the time, very concerning. i guess this store doesnt take the mandate seriosuly.

I was there at Office Depot to print 30” by 40” banners.There was a old guy working.The old white guy was very rude.I was trying to explain he what I need.He told me that he doesn’t have time to explain me.He said he has lot of other work to do.He told me he doesn’t have that much big paper to print.When I try to go from there he threw the paper in the trash bin like a rude way.If there is employee like that online business is better,That is why stores are closing now a days.

Terrible service. I waited patiently for a computer I wanted to purchase. I continued to wait and was told the manager was working on it. Apparently he was working on smoking a cigarette outside on the sidewalk! He walked back in the store and pretended to be helpful but it was clear no one had never been working on my order! His attitude was flippant; I could take it or leave it. I left it. Wont be shopping with this store anymore.

I placed a print order online for 1200 black and white postcards. I was promised the order the same day by 7 PM. By 8:45 the cards were not ready (not even started). The next day, I came back at 4 PM and they were still not ready. I went back at 9 PM and they were still not ready. After spending hours on the phone with customer service, they were able to switch my order to the Springhurst store and guarantee pickup within 1 hour. The Springhurst store was able to do in 1 hour what the St. Mathews store was unable to do in 3 days. My order was time sensitive and I missed an important deadline. I requested the store manager call me, and he never did. I was only offered me a 5% discount for all my trouble, my multiple trips to their store, and their failure to deliver the order by their promised date and time. Do NOT use Office Depot for your print jobs!

Went in to grab a labtop and old guy kicked me out right away. If he is going to do that than do curbside pick up only.

It was pretty good and nice people but they were out of the stand up desk I wanted and would not let me buy the display model (which I understand).

Found just what I needed. Also found a gift item for a wedding shower guess on sell. Staff very helpful in locating item needed.

This store had been my first choice for over 20 years office and tech. That all changed after I went to pick up my order and was unable to! Staff was unhappy and rude. Management was worse. I contacted Office Depot re this and no one followed up. Have taken my personal and small business needs elsewhere!

Simple enough, wasnt quite the in and out experience, but that was more our fault.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to find what I wanted quick with a great selection to pick from, and I was able to check out quick.

Have everything, pricing is a bit high. Items are packaged in large quantities, usually much more than you need. Staffing is low, so waits at the check out counter are normal.

This store is overall pretty good. It has a pretty nice selection of office products, though it does not carry any Moleskine notebooks (I was looking for the Evernote one, in particular.) With that being said, I was able to find some other products like the PaperMate mechanical pencils. I was also able to find a large spiral graph notebook (similar to a Mead Five Star) Stellar brand for $4 for math class, and some Tri-Conderoga comfort pencils. Overall, it was easy to find specific products I was looking for. I was also surprised with their stock of Logitech computer peripherals, like mice and keyboards. One of the best deals I saw as a keyboard + mouse bundle for $15. If I didnt already have an established desk setup, I wouldve totally bought that on the spot.

Older gentleman working the online order desk was very rude, inconsiderate, and flat out condescending. I dont say this lightly. He needs an additude readjustment. Will not return to this location.

Expensive and staff is always standing around either doing nothing or actually just being in the way. I had to wait to check out when I was the only one in the store! They do have printing services.
