Simple task of scanning drawings. Scans were sub-standard. Asked to be re-done. Second scan was completed and the staff was rude. Not a deal breaker for me. My wife went back to get a refund and they were rude to her. This is a deal breaker for me. Contacted corporate headquarters with my experience. BTW.... Ive had scans completed at FedEx office with no problems or quality. I will consider OfficeMax a place only to purchase pens and paper (if I even consider that).

Been to this location several times. The associates are always friendly and helpful and never seem bothered when you ask them questions. I have purchased 2 major pieces of office furniture and the quality has been top notch. This is a great store. Thanks!

Steve in the Print Center at the Springhurst Office Max is such a sweetheart. I love working with him! Hes so polite over our emails (My documents typically take awhile to print, so I email them in.), and was so friendly when I noticed today I had an error in how many copies I received of my last printing. He offered immediately to not only print those I was missing, but to ship them for free. (Im just going to pick them up. Their store isnt far away.)If you have a big or complicated print job, ask for Steve!

Ive been using the copy and print center here for probably 2 years. Before that, I used one of their competitors for a couple of years. The staff at OfficeMax is polite, quick to respond to my emails and they always go above and beyond! My experience with the previous place was quite opposite. Its so nice to be treated well as a customer! And, to have all of my documents printed quickly and exactly the way I need them! Thank you!!

Really appreciate Steve in the Print Center. He was polite, gave us great guidance, and cared for our project (wedding invitation labels) as well as congratulating us on our big day. Hell definitely get my future printing business!

1) Terrible service and they do not care about their customer.2) Post a sign concerning a gift card with a particular purchase but refuse to honor the sign.

My HP color LaserJet finally deep sixed on me after 10 year of great service. I went to this store and worked with Devin. He stayed with me every step of the way as I was trying to decide on what new HP LaserJet I wanted to get. He was able to explain the difference between all the different functionalities and cost effectiveness of the toner vs. the amount of work I would be doing. We both decided that the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw was the best fit for me. Having his expertise, devotion and dedication to his job really made this a terrific and fun experience for me. I will definitely return to this store for all my needs. Thanks, Devin, keep up the great work.

Nice office supply store. This was my go to place for restocking on supplies when I was self employed. Staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing I found frustrating was sometimes they didnt have what I wanted in stock and had to run to another store.

This is a national chain office supply store. Like other major players, if it can be used in or around an office, you can get it here.Bad: Very limited locations in town. Most folks in town have a much easier access to an Office Depot or Staples. This is bad for OfficeMax in general.Good: I have found a handful of items priced much better at OfficeMax vs the competition.

Employees were very helpful and friendly. Store was very neat and organized making it easy to navigate through the store.

Everything you need in a pinch. It always seems a bit over priced. I suspect there are good coupons or something?

If you want a personal shopping experience for most of the same products carried at Walmart and Target, come here. Much larger selection of most things needed for an office, and if you dont like the prices they price match Walmart!
