Need to give a big THANK YOU to Mandy in the print and marketing department. I was in a real pinch after some banners I had ordered elsewhere were delayed by FedEx, and had to have them for an event that evening. After calling a few other places, Mandy said shed get me taken care of by 1pm that day, which is exactly what I needed. True to her word, she called at 12:45 to let me know that my 8 banners were ready to pick up! If not for her, the group of seniors these banners were for would have gone without on their senior night, and my company would have let them down. Mandy saved the day, and I cant thank her enough.

This review is of an interaction with an associate at the Staples on Bardstown Road in Louisville. This is in no way a reflection of how I feel about their products. Roger in the printing service area was very rude. He has little to no customer service skills and basically said he could not help us with anything as soon as we walked up. When another person came up and asked for his assistance he rolled his eyes, held out his hand for her papers and huffed at her. If I ever walked into this Staples and saw Roger working, I would walk back out.

I was in need of printing unique labels for my business. I called the store and am SO glad that I did. I spoke with Joe from the printing center. He was great! He explained that there are many options so I stopped by the store and found exactly what I needed. He took his time to show me how easy it is to design my own labels on Avery. I came back with my design and he helped me print the labels. They came out looking awesome and very professional. Every time I come to the store Joe is always very patient, willing to help, friendly and so knowledgeable about all of the printing products. I wont go anywhere else. I trust Joe will do the best job for my business. Go see Joe if you need anything printed. He doesnt disappoint. Thanks, Joe!!

Had to stop in here last month for battery back-up surge protectors. I work at a bank and one of my hats is to be the IT guy. I ran in here and needed three battery back-up surge protectors. Staples to the rescue. Staff was super friendly and pointed me in the correct direction of the battery back-up surge protectors.

Larry went above and beyond to help us out with a computer issue that we had. He helped us navigate the protection plan that we had purchased and helped set up a replacement computer for us. Im pretty sure he even stayed later just so that we could pick it up the same day. Great service!

Joe at the Bardstown Rd store in Louisville Kentucky store number 1803 was a excellent help today! I started my day at the Dixie Hwy store in Louisville and they were unsuccessful with what I was trying to accomplish. So I decided to go to the Bardstown Rd store... Joe took his time helping me and I just want to say how THANKFUL I am that you guys have employees like Joe... Joe is a young man in the copy and print every. He answered all questions EASILY and was full of information even directing me to a better brand of product... THANKS JOE your help was very much appreciated!

I called Staples tonight 10 minutes before they closed I was 8 minutes away told them what I needed and they waited for me to get there had my item sitting in the front counter they were waiting for me at the door!! they were not going to close till I got there to get my printer ink for my Epson printer what a wonderful staff and excellent manager wonderful cashiers I will definitely come back to the Staples and recommended to all my family and friends!!!!!!!!! They definitely went above and beyond for me and it is much appreciated thank you Staples yall are awesome and a lifesaver!!!!!!!

Its good for making copies and they have pretty good deals on things at times. The business center is good to get just about anything you want done.

I just stopped in the Gardiner Lane Staples to get something printed and laminated and got helped by Austin and Larry. Their service was quick and without any misunderstandings of what I needed. 👍🏼👍🏼

The employee at the the copy and print center went above and beyond to help my husband and I get our blueprint project finished at the end of the night...very last minute! He and other employees happily helped us all the way thru our shopping experience and this made a huge impact on us because we left work and rushed to get here before closing. Thanks for being you!! They only carry iPhone cases...I gave them a 2 only because they were a small store and may not have room for much more, but also because both staff members I spoke to acted like it was a hassle to answer my question, one walked away aftet snubbing me, and the other turned her back as I was leaving when I politely told her to have a good day. Rude doesnt sell products ladies!

Never come here if your documents have a password. Theyre not capacity to resolved your problem. I spent $10 and i cant print my documents...

Bad service in the print and copy center

Great service at the Printing & Marketing services at 3030 Bardstown Road.I got there when the store opened, the gentleman (assuming the Manager) was opening the the doors and welcomd me into the store.Joey Harvey was helpful and professional in printing 3 indoor banners for me.Thank you for the 5 star service!

If you think time is important or are in a general rush, do not come in here to print a document. It will take a minimum of 30 minutes to print a single page. You’re better off going to a public library or somewhere else.

This staples has the most unprofessional customer service. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Extremely unorganized and inconsiderate.

I went to Staples today to utilize their print center for the first time. The young man, Joe, went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. As a teacher, I appreciate the fact that he walked me through each step in what could’ve been a complicated process the first time. I definitely recommend this Staples and especially their print/copy center. Give a shout out to Joe, if you see him. He really helped this teacher lady out!

The printing center staff were extremely helpful even when I unfortunately did not have a card on me in order to print a shipping label. Instead the employee used her access code in order for me to print without needing an authorization beforehand and I was able to pay for the print at the cash register with coins. Quick and helpful experience!

The self-service scanner didnt work. Customer service is very poor. I waited approx. 30 min. to pay for the scanning of 1 file.

Good location, clean store. There online inventory does not match their in store inventory at all. 3 times in the last month I have gone in looking for specific item that online they have 50+ of, each time it has not been there. Each time I asked the staff they were rude about it, and I quote It doesnt matter what it says online, if it isnt on the shelf we dont have it.

I went to Staples and search of the very elusive wet erase marker. after a failed attempt to sign them on my own I accepted the offer of a customer service associate who was able to locate the last remaining pack in the store. He was very kind and endyred ed my weak attempts at humor with style and grace.

I had a document that I want printed on speciality paper. To say that it was a painful process is an understatement. After speaking with Lisa from the printing and marketing department I was told my document could be printed but that since they didnt have the paper in stock (paper samples from the store), it would have to be printed off-site and I would receive a quote. What a nightmare-something so simple and after emails, phone calls, and hang-ups they couldnt comply with simple printing instructions (print this document on this paper) I walked away frustrated and without anything printed. Dont bother going there for printing. Huge mistake

Friendly staff and diverse selection of office and school items make this my go-to store for such items. One negative on this visit was that there were many items without prices listed. This would have been less frustrating if there were price scanner stations available.

This place is a joke. Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to interact with a print specialist(mind you, when I say line, I was the only person in the entire store). Clearly her phone was infinitely more important than assisting someone on a time crunch. Simply the worst. Went to Office Max instead.

Bought a printer online and had it delivered to the store. I went to pick up my new printer only to be told I couldnt have it for free. I needed to pay for it again. I ordered the same printer on AMAZON. It arrived on time and no one tried to make me feel stupid for buying a printer. Thank you Staples and staples customer service center for showing me that I can count on Amazon.

TLDR: staff was lethargic, unresponsive and 24 hours late on deadline.On Monday I placed my order for business cards online and was shown a message that they would be ready by 8:30p the following day. I went first thing Wednesday morning, only to be told they wouldnt be ready until late afternoon, which they were, almost 24 hours after they were promised. Another colleague ordered online and was told to expect them the same evening. After calling several times, to no answer, she went the following morning to pick up, and was also told it would be several hours before they were ready. If this is a consistent issue then the store needs to either up productivity to meet deadlines promised online, or find a way to adjust the promises the website makes for them.

Always has exactly what I need. People to answer your questions. Enough people to check you out and be on your way! #Efficient!

Worst customer service!! The manager Krystal has no clue on how to manage!! She threw co-workers under the bus to cover up her inability to get the job done. The work I brought in to be enlarged, printed and laminated were somehow lost. There is no record of me even being at the store even though I wasted 3 trips up there only to be disappointed each time. I went to Office Depot and it was done in 30 minutes!!! Save yourself a headache and just go to Office Depot because Krystal and her Staples store is awful!!!

I have been utilizing their services for my small business for about three years. They could not be more customer service oriented. They do great work. My only reservation is that they are usually understaffed, meaning that customers must often stand and wait.

I have attempted to patronize this Staples several times. Their customer service is not good. They will not acknowledge your presence, even if you are the only one in line, for quite a while. Their personal conversations are more important than the business one they would have with you. They are absolutely disorganized. They lost an important compilation I needed duplicated. They were kind enough to provide me with someone elses material. Their machines are constantly down. They wanted me to make 100 copies of 3 separate 20 page documents on the self-serve machine. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Ive find this store to be very helpful for a variety of needs. Theyve helped me with buying a laptop; making copies; buying office supplies; laminating; etc. The staff is always kind & helpful.

This has to be the worst Staples we have ever been to. On Friday we came in to have ten copies of one page made on cardstock. We were told by Krystal that she couldnt take anymore orders for the night because she was too busy and had no help. She took our order and told us to pick it up the next day. On Saturday we came back and it wasnt printed. We were told to come back Sunday. Well, we came back Sunday and it still wasnt printed. Guess who was there. Yup, Krystal was and guess what, still not printed. She turned down two people while we waited for 30 minutes and claimed she couldnt take any more orders after 1pm and she was too busy and by herself. She tried to print our order but couldnt get the paper to work and at this point we decided just to print our stuff on Zazzle. It is absolutely ridiculous that the staff at this location is incapable of printing simple things. During this time, Krystal asked for help but no one came to help and she mentioned to us the district and regional manager was in the back having a pizza party so thats why she was by herself. How ridiculous. Skip Staples and just order your stuff online.

Went to pick up at 3:00 a poster that was uploaded previous evening only to find it was not ready and was not supposed to be ready until 830. Clerk said she could get it ready in 30 minutes and did.

They have the door locked and seem extremely unhappy to open the doors even though it’s only 8:56.I arrive the following morning to pick up my order to the printing area backed up with one gentleman working that was moving as slow as molasses. And all to find out that my order was still not filled.
