We have so much fun at every lesson, and my son is improving his skills each time! The instructors are very accommodating and patient. We look forward to it every week!

Working here is the best! The management team is super easy to work with and very understanding. All the team members are like a family and we have so much fun! It’s definitely a rewarding job and I would recommend to anyone who likes working with kids and doesn’t mind being in the water a lot!

We absolutely love Nathan he is amazing our kids all love him! Wish the classes were a tiny bit longer 45min would be great. Also they are getting rid of their Sunday classes which sucks as we have 3 kids all in different classes that attend on Sunday as it’s our only free day to get all kids in.

My kids are 6, 4, 2, and 3 months. The baby can start swim lessons next month. For now just my older 3 are doing lessons and theyre really enjoying it! Everyone is friendly. The place is clean. Lots of staff for good supervision.

My son started his classes very excited. He always liked water and his desire is to learn to swim but a week ago he graduated from level four. Seahorses. And the instructor who started giving him that class did not see a connection with the students, leaving him practically alone and my son was drowning and he drank a lot of water, he came out. He was scared and told me that he no longer wanted to continue and many days passed to convince him that if he wanted to, he could try again and yesterday another instructor gave him the class Riley Ramsey Smith was very rude, she talked to the other parents about their childrens progress and to us ignored and turned and left and my boy looked at me and said just mommy came out more discouraged I had talked to the staff, who are at the desk but apparently they are upset I think we made the decision to take our children in place that they feel safe not to make them feel ignored oh insecure I think yesterday was the last day my son went to that place!!

They are great here. Really focus on the child and their ability to swim. Credit them for teaching our child how to be safe and swim.

My son has been attending class here since he was 4 months old. He’s now 10 months and I am very pleased with his progress. Every instructor is knowledgeable, helpful, and gives great advice. We also enjoy the atmosphere. Very clean.

I had an interview here a few weeks ago and I cant even begin to describe how appalled I was.As part of my interview I was asked to get in the water and participate in a one on one lesson.The 4 year old little girl who was being instructed was terrified.She was visibly shaking and having a full blown anxiety attack.The lesson instructor, who is also the director, was so unbelievably forceful and showed zero empathy for her. It took everything in me to not knock his block off!!!I would NEVER send my child here. Ever!!!!

We love this place. My son started barely knowing how to swim and with a few months he got very good. I like that they offer group classes or private classes. Set schedule so its the same time every week so I dont have to worry about calling to schedule all the time. Team is very nice, and currently adhering to all COVID standards. My son loves them! We have a newborn and we are going to get him started soon as well.

The entire course is great, I really enjoyed bring my baby there. However, their billing system is not flexible at all, so does their staff. I called for sick leave, they put those courses as so called makeup lessons. I soon learned they only allow you to schedule those makeup lessons addition to your originally schedule course instead of prospered the payment.I was told thats how their billing system is set for. However, when the swimming school decided to close in observance to labor day, their system managed to delayed the automatic charge.(so I guess they just be strict to customer not themselves) BTW, their paying system really unreasonable, they automatically charge you for next 4 weeks, and if you dont want to continue the course you get to notify them 30 days before. Basically thats two months.(even job resignation doesnt even require that long) After talking to their manager, I originally hope they could seek some way to keep customer, or at least say sorry, however they didnt spend any time but just cancel my babys schedule. Guess thats how their customer service works. Want to give a fair comments here, if you want to have your baby learn the swimming but dont care how sucks and unfair the payment system is, thats a good place to go.

We love Aquatots! The lessons are great, effective, and fun. Our oldest can now jump off the diving board and swim without a life jacket. Well worth the investment!!

It is such a friendly and welcoming environment from the time we walk in, until we leave. I love that my son is growing more independent with each swim lesson. I look forward to seeing how far he will come in the next few months! We were previously at another swim school, and a parent had to be in the water with my child. I love not having to get in with him, it makes it so much easier on me, and him! Recommending Aqua Tots to all my friends! Couldnt be happier!

My son loves the school and all of the coaches. Each week they encourage him to push harder and I can see results each time. They are consistent with their routines and communicate his progress along the way. Great job!

Staff is friendly and the facility is very nice. Correspondence is given regularly so we are aware if the facility is closed for whatever reason and do not make an unnecessary trip. We have been going for over a year and my son loves it!!

I was checking out Aqua-Tots Swim Schools which has just recently opened in Louisville. I was completely impressed with this facility. I cannot imagine a more perfect enviroment for children to learn to swim. The waiting area for parents to observe classes is beautiful. These people have thought of everything to make this a wonderful experience for you and your child.

Very clean. The instructors are great with the kids. I strongly encourage you to bring your kids for swim lessons. Price is reasonable and a max of 4 per instructor.
