Generous ,knowledgeable,and kind instructors. Fees are actually tax deductible. Instructors are well trained and are not paid. Tai chi has been recommended in all reputable Heath newsletters to be a great form of exercise. Seniors especially can improve memory and balance. The students represent many age groups and faith traditions. The focus is on improving ones health.
I have been a student in the past. Had an accident and am excited about going back. I have found all instructors to be caring, knowledgeable and dedicated. A great place to use as a tool for getting back in shape. This is a group of seriously dedicated people.
