From learning to ride in the riders safety course in July, to taking home my first ride in September, I could not have had a better experience. The riders course got me the knowledge and experience I needed to pass the road test and get my license. Jada and Chris did awesome not only finding me the perfect ride but also explaining everything I needed to know about it. Dawn has excellent knowledge about helmets and helped me decide the style and size for me. Rod made the entire financing process run smooth. When I had an issue with the throttle grip the whole team was beyond my expectations. They came and picked up my bike and hauled it back to the dealer. Riley helped me pick out new grips and installed them immediately so I could get my bike back the same day and enjoy the rest of the day riding. And Deb. Just because you have awesome taste in dogs. Sorry you werent in when we came to visit.

Just want to say how welcoming everyone at this place was. I rode up from the western suburbs of Chicago to purchase a 2009 Street Glide which was amazing. They staged the freshly detailed bine in front of my sales rep Jadas desk waiting for me when I arrived. The overall process took maybe an hour until I was able to ride back home. After completing all of the paperwork they even gave me a tour of the facility and gave me a complimentary gift card to use towards any accessory I wanted which was a nice touch. This place was great from start to finish.

I went to the dealership to get information regarding an extended warranty on the new bike I purchased two years ago. I was put in contact with Sheri Pietrzak who answered my questions and provided the information that I needed to make my decision. Sheri was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the options available. I proceeded with a five year extension to my existing warranty and now can continue to ride with the security of knowing my investment is protected in the event of a failure. I have dealt with several great people at the dealer since I purchased my bike and now Sheri is added to the list. Riding Academy: Kat was wonderful with information, documentation and follow-up. Good to see a person so involved in her job!! Excellent! Marc & Phil were my instructors for the Riding Academy. Both knew there stuff! Good explanations, good showing of each course manuever. Also gave you feedback and continued that through each course. Would have like a little more time on some of the courses to practice. Sandi was attentive, but not pushy; she listened, she was patient, and was concerned about our needs without being judgmental. The team at Harley Davidson of Madison was super helpful and had no problem answering any questions I had. Never did I find someone that didnt have the answer or would point me in the direction of someone that would. Anytime I was in looking at bikes I was treated like family even before I bought one. Now that I am part of the Harley Davidson family, I will say that the HD team in Madison is by far the best dealer I have done business with, and look forward to doing business with in the future!

Now Im not going to blow smoke and say every visit is perfect, there are humans working here. But the staff is a great crew that is friendly and respectful, and not very pushy. Service department is knowledgeable and overall very skilled, but from time to time mistakes do happen and when they do I havent had any difficulty in them acknowledging a mistake and taking care of it. I havent had any issues with the parts department short of things that are not in their control. In fact I will say that I have two other choices of dealerships that are similar distances from me- and I prefer this dealership to the others. I think that says something.

Ive been scrubbing the web for a 2020 or 2021 Road Glide Limited, Vivid Black... and I get a hit for one in Madison! Ill never get it... it will be gone by the time I send off the message. I send off the email on Tuesday, late at night, and Im driving my new bike home on Wednesday afternoon! Many thanks to Kurt for following up as the early bird Wednesday morning and working with me and the Madison H-D team to put me on my dream bike. This is my first bike purchase at a Harley dealership, and of all the area HD shops Ive been in, Kurt and this team were the most inviting, accommodating, and excited as I was about this purchase. I really appreciate the urgency, time, effort, and care Kurt and the team took to get me on what might be the last ride I ever buy. Thanks Kurt, and thank you to all the Madison H-D team! VERY much appreciated!Also, cmon, financing a bike can be stressful, but not when youre signing paper, after paper, after paper with Sheri! I really appreciated speaking with her, and felt like she was as excited as me to get the bike. It was a very trouble-free process, and she had everything ready by the time I arrived to pick up my bike. The only think I needed to do upon arrival was change over my insurance info, which she actually helped me with while on the phone with my agent. I loved her enthusiasm and professionalism. I appreciate all she did to put me on the bike of my dreams with the rest of the Madison H-D team!

I was a little disappointed that they dont require the pledge of allegiance before you step inside but theres a ton of cool to look at, so that sorta makes up for it. Employees are awesome and very helpful. A guy was kind enough to show me where the parts counter was even though there was a gigantic sign that you could probably see from Jupiter. That was nice of him. Ladies at the counter were genuinely nice. I almost gave the lady that helped me 1/2 of my 401k and alimony because she was so nice. And its not a fake nice either - the people that work here look like theyre glad to be there. Think about that before you complain about the price they put on their products. Ill take being treated like Im appreciated all day long over cheap merch and a jagoff attitude. I can get that anywhere in this town. Thanks, Harley of Madison - you guys are great!

I brought my bike in for post-winter oil change and 32-point inspection on April 8th. Riley greeted me in the service area and we hit it off right away. We ran through what I needed done for service and I had an extra request to remove a passenger reclining peg and install 2 new ones I had brought with me. No prob he said. While waiting on my service to be completed Riley kept me up to speed on status of things, everyone was welcoming as I hung out around the showroom floor and customer lounge. I sparked up a great conversation with fellow Army veteran Alex Griffith for quite awhile and was great to see him and get caught up. Everything was completed, the price was very reasonable, and I was out the door in like 2.5 hours. Truly enjoyed the whole experience and wish to thank the whole Harley Davidson of Madison team for the hospitality and making my wait time not a chore.. Well Done.

I had my 2003 Heritage in for some minor mechanical work at the always outstanding service team at H-D of Madison. As usual, the mysterious (to me, not the experienced mechanics) problem was quickly identified and fixed. When I came in to pick up the bike, I stopped at the parts counter and asked for some technical advice and recommendations from Craig Siedschlag on completing the conversion of my original incandescent lighting to LED. For the next 20 minutes or so, Craig walked me through the state of the art lighting options available to riders today, and laying out recommendations to light up my 100th Anniversary beauty with much safer illumination and styling that preserved the vintage look of my ride. Craigs product knowledge and ability to pinpoint and focus on the customers (my) needs, make him a very valuable asset to a longtime outstanding dealership.

I had been to few dealerships but none as inviting as this one. The entire team from Madison Harley Davidson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Kurt made sure that everything was set, coordinated all communication between parts and financing, and answered all my questions. The bike was on order and arrived a week later than anticipated. In that time I had a surgery and was unable to ride the bike home after purchase. He went the extra mile to have the bike delivered to my home. They made my entire experience from start to finish seamless. I got my perfect bike and feel very confident about my purchase. Would definitely recommend HD of Madison to all friends and family. I was riding across country from Las Vegas to Milwaukee & Michigan and got to Madison and saw that I needed a rear tire! The service department was great and got me in and back out on the road in 1.25 hrs! Jesse in service was a GOD SEND THANK YOU JESSE! Wolf the GM and brother Gunners Mate was very welcoming! Thanks to the Service and Parts Department for the work on my bike. Everyone I was working with did a super job on getting what I needed for the bike. Everyone answered all my questions without hesitation. Everyone made me feel good about bringing my bike there for service. I could not remember everyones name but Tracys. Tracy did a great super job on explaining everything that was done on the bike and also told me a bit more about the issues and how to watch for them. this was very important to me. I purchased a used HD from Kurt and he made me feel as if I was buying a brand new $30K bike. Very comfortable atmosphere and everyone was super nice. I talked with Rob (Finance) a few days before and he gave me some strait answers and I appreciate talking to someone other than a sales guy. Being my first HD I felt Kurt knew the bike and has no problems with talking with me to understand the bike when I picked it up and going forward. Thank You Madison HD for a great experience!

We stopped in on a busy Saturday to check out a bike, and Ryan caught us on our way out, he was very friendly and knows his bikes. We had a great conversation and let him know what bike we were interested in and we started the buying process. Working with Ryan, Sheri and Alex was great! What an incredible place. The bikes are amazing. Then you move on to the clothing, some of the best quality and designs that Ive seen. This is the 4th Harley I have bought over my 70 years and this is the 4th dealership. This is the first good experience I have had Kurt was able to spend much time with me and always returned my calls. Everyone whom I talked to in all departments was friendly even though they were very busy I highly recommend taking the drive and bypass the dealerships in the Waukesha and Milwaukee area In fact my sons are all going to be visiting Kurt for next season !!!

I worked with Riley to have an SE race tuner & full exhaust installed on my 17 Street Glide. As usual, the service was exceptional. Riley made sure drop off, install & pick up were seamless. Riley also helped guide me in some important decision making matters involving the exhaust set up. He allowed me to listen to his own personal bike with the same system. I would like to thank Howie for helping me pick my first Harley. My husband and I came in with no intentions on buying but to see what kind of Harley I should be looking for when I complete the Harley Davidson Riding Course this summer. Howie gave the best advice on which bike would be best and to know when you have found THE ONE that best fits you. There was no pressure of buying and he spent hours working with us even though there wasnt going to be a sale in the end. My husband and I took Howies advice and came in the next morning to purchase the 2011 Soft Tail Deluxe because that bike was THE ONE for me. Thank you for the advice with sprinkles of corny jokes to make this a great memory of buying my first Harley. I cannot wait to take it out this summer and experience the freedom of riding.

The team at Harley Davidson of Madison was beyond helpful to me. My issue started after I had did a complete chrome front end conversion. I was left with a brake chatter/pulse. Being a tech myself for 28 years now I figured it was just bad rotors that I received from the chrome company. So I swapped them out and was still left with the brake shake. At this point I was beyond frustrated and triple checked all my work. Found nothing, so I made a appointment before sending the bike into the Mississippi river. Riley my service writer welcomed me and listened to my story. Riley took great notes during our conversation and filled out a perfect repair order for the tech to go off of. I did not feel judged at all for doing my own repairs and ending up at the dealership. Riley was upfront throughout the entire process. Craig was spot on as normal with the parts. Craig has been my go to parts professional for years and always makes sure I am treated as a valued customer. Cannot say THANK YOU enough to my service tech Tracy. He kept the bike from going over the bridge of the Mississippi. Tracy was very in depth with his diagnosis and completed the repairs as needed. My bike is like new again and my fillings will not fall out anymore when using the front brake. I am VERY particular about my bikes and who gets there hands on them. Dan Stark and all the other staff at Harley Davidson of Madison were very helpful and to be honest they had to be very patient as I went through my long process of evaluating lots of motorcycles from Harley Davidson and other manufacturers to directly compare every possibility and find out what motorcycle was the right motorcycle for me. This was about a five month process for me. Everyone at Harley Davidson of Madison was great, they were there when I had questions and respected my privacy when I was distant/silent; in a nut shell, they respected my evaluation process and were friendly and professional without any high pressure sales techniques throughout the process. Had the Chain Tensioner on my 2004 Electra Glide Ultra Classic upgraded. Even though there was a back order on a couple of parts, the service was excellent. The team went that extra mile and made sure that everything associated with the repair was in good order or replaced. This increased my total amount however, it was well worth it. I highly recommend Harley Davidson of Madison to any Harley owner to put their trust in this team to get the job done and stay within the quote they give you.

I always feel like my bike is in good hands with HD Madisons service department and Dave helped me with this project from beginning to end. I had warranty work to be done and Dave got it all set up including ordering the part. Just as we were scheduled to do the work, I complicated it by adding an oil temp gauge to replace the useless air temp (thermometer) gauge so we had to reschedule pending this new parts arrival. Dave stayed on top of it the whole time and when everything was in he contacted me and we got it done. Since I live a fair distance from this location, having everything set and ready makes it so much easier. And I know Harley-Davidson of Madison will always stand behind their work. Thanks Dave. I decided to purchase a motorcycle, and learn how to ride one this year. I saw the bike I wanted online, and called the Dealership, Dan Stark was amazing in orchestrating and hammering out the purchase details over the phone, and even offering to arrange delivery of the bike for me!I then stopped into the Dealership to see the bike, and they were extremely welcoming, especially of a new rider. A few days later I came in to finish up the paper work, and Rod made the process of signing the paperwork extremely efficient and quick, without pushing any unnecessary add ons.Dawn helped me get my basic safety gear sorted out, and the dealer just made me feel welcomed into a world I am still familiarizing my self. During one of my Visits I also met the owner of the dealership without even realizing it. They really do make you feel like family here! and as far as dealerships go, very low pressure! After I get some riding experience on my Street 500, I will be back to trade up!

Harley Davison of Madison did a great job servicing my bike. In fact they went above and beyond and handled an issue that my original dealer hadn’t tackled upon delivery of the new bike. Howie and Rod stayed after hours to make sure my purchase was completed and get me on the road between rain storms that evening. I greatly appreciated the time Howie and Rod spent to finish my purchase.

I was a little skeptical about buying a Harley with all the good and bad rumors that I heard from what seems like everyone, but until you experience it first hand youll never know for sure. Everyone at the dealership made me feel welcome and at ease, there was no pressure from anybody. They treat you like family from the start and I especially appreciate all that Dan , in sales, and Rod, in finance, have done to help me become part of the family. And, unlike other dealerships, it continued even after the sale.

I did not remember the name but the man who came and picked me and my bike up for service after my bike decided to not start, but he was amazing and kind. The dealership even gave me a ride to rent a car...since they did not feel they could get to looking for the problem because they did not know when they could FIT IT IN for service. The service dept did not look busy, not one person actually working on any of the bikes up on the stands in the work area...that I saw anyway. The service dude I dealt with was knowledgeable but did not seem to care that my vaca was going to be cut short. I was on a solo trip and needed help. I did not feel they had any sense of ergency to get me going. They could not get to it for a day and it cost me another night in a hotel and a car rental, so the cost of repair was substantial if I include that, even with the extended warrenty. However, once they did get to it, they did an awesome job, not one problem since. It took 2 days. Will I go back to them when in the area, HELL ya!! Beautiful building, well set up with actual room to move. Everyone working there that I spoke with was kind and helpful. IF the service dept had seemed even a little concerned that I was on a schedule I would have given a 5 star

My son was interested in getting a Harley and likes the Wide Glide model. He couldnt find anything reasonable in North Carolina where he lives. I had seen one at HD of Madison recently and went over to take a look. Unfortunately it was already sold so I explained to Dan my situation. He said he would keep an eye out for me. An hour later he called me and said they had just taken one in trade. I went back and got a great deal on a beautiful bike. Thanks Dan. I have always had positive results from the service department. They know what they are doing and provide good suggestions. They are friendly , professional and fast. Always buy my jeans from them and usually find a shirt or 2 when I go in. Staff there is exceptional.

I have worked with Sheri and Kurt mostly, and they are wonderful! My wife also took her riding classes through Madison Harley. They answered every question we had and were very thorough. Wonderful people! We bought a 100th anniversary Fatboy for my wife for passing the classes and its her baby. Everyone else weve interacted with have always been very warm and helpful. We love this dealership and the entire staff!

Stopped in bought some oil for my bike and they let me use a funnel to put my oil.in the bike nice place good people

Stopped in to look for lighting and get an oil filter. Talked to Craig about lighting concerns and asked about possible solutions. Craig was very accomodating and stepped out to look at my bike and give me his thoughts. Will be ordering some lighting through Craig this week. Craig is a real asset to your parts department!

I live in California and bought a bike sight unseen, only through pictures. The entire team at Harley-Davidson of Madison have been amazing. Totally responsive and going above and beyond in helping facilitate this purchase. I hope to ride one day and visit them personally.

Riley did an awesome job helping me schedule the work to be done to my customized fatboy. We had a few setbacks with parts being on backorder but he made it happen.I cant speak highly enough of Jeremy for installation of my handlebars and cables as well as taking delicate professional care of my bike. All of the folks at harley have been the most helpful and friendly people that anyone could ask for. I will definitely be giving my business to Harley Davidson of Madison for years to come. Had an issue with a part I bought with the bike and the staff in Service (Don Zander) promptly took care of it with no debate . Ill say it again and many of my fellow riding friends agree. Harley Davidson or Madison is probably the best dealer in the area. I will be buying another bike here again. Its a 50 minute ride for me from Waukesha but worth it every time.. Straight from the time you walk through the door and are greeted by the receptionist, to motorclothes, sales, parts and service you are treated with extreme respect in a friendly genuine way like youve know them forever. I will gladly use the gas to get there. This is how a business should be operated...

The riders class is a fantastic class. The class coaches Marc and the other guy who goes by whatever he’s called (Brad) are helpful. Especially to those who are new and not familiar with bikes. They gave pointers out to everyone. FYI if you run late, call or answer the phone and bring doughnuts. Or else.

I had a great buying experience at HD of Madison on 4-27-21. Dan, Trevor, Jada, Sheri, and Sandi were all wonderful to work with. My wife and I stopped in and met Wolf a year ago, not long before COVID hit. It took us a year to get back, but its great to have a new Street Glide Special sitting in our garage.For a few reasons, the Harley is a special purchase that means more than just having a bike. I appreciate that the Madison staff made the purchasing process so enjoyable.

Purchased an 18 Road Glide & in working with Kurt, the entire scenario went smooth as silk. Kurt was an awesome person to work with & treated my wife & I with the utmost respect & sincerity. In fact, when we made our Appt to pu the bike on a Saturday, we felt as thought we were royalty! The walk thru & meeting of various dept staff was wonderful & helpful. I drove down from lacrosse for the weekend and decided to get the oil changed on the bike. They got me in and out in a short time. My only gripe was the cost. I think $140.00 is a little steep for that particular service. Other than that... Completely satisfied! Thanks!
