I cannot recommend this enough for everyone.This is an absolutely incredible place to train. I started in august of 2020 and everyone is so friendly and willing to help you learn and become better. Jordan is an incredible instructor, super knowledgeable and is willing to help out with any questions you have.Oh and if you’re looking to shed some weight this will help with that too. I was 245 when I started in august. After six months of training I was down to 210 and have stayed at that ever since.

A great place to train in a super clean and friendly environment. The Jiujitsu tought here is very technical and of a high quality. Id recommend this place to anyone interested in learning Jiujitsu whether it be for fitness or combat.

I’ve trained at large academies across l the country and around the world, and I can say without any doubt that Caio Terra Academy Madison uses higher quality bath and shower products than any of them. Over the period I’ve trained there, the toiletries purchaser has become partial to the “Olay” line of body wash products. It has taken my training, and my life, to a different, cleaner, fresher level, all without the added dryness and irritation that I think we’ve collectively come to expect from our Jiu Jitsu academies. Osss.There is also very high-level Jiu Jitsu instruction in a friendly and focused training atmosphere, which is just icing on the cake.

Not enough good can be said about the crew at CTA Madison. The instructors, the students, the vibe, all top notch. World class techniques and training, with an intimate setting where you’re not just another “number”

I had never taken a shower that made me feel both rich and beautiful at the same time before showering at Caio Terra Academy Madison. I plan on showering there again soon.

Great instructors and facility

When I moved to the Madison area from Denver, I was looking for a gym that I could call home. The instruction by Jordan is top notch but even better is the sense of community among all the members. Moving here from out of state, I was very deliberative on choosing a gym, CTA has been amazing and I know I made the right decision.

Great facility and great instruction. Environment is relaxed and friendly, but the techniques are serious. If you are new to jiu-jitsu, or an experienced player from out of town, definitely check it out.
