Sifu G is a wonderful teacher. Very patient and knowledgeable. It has been a great help for my arthritis and balance issues. Classes are informative and fun. Anyone of any age can participate and SIfu G makes you feel truly welcome and at ease.

Sifu is very open minded,Patient, non demanding..an excellent teacher... The session are slow movement active.. but not demanding and non judgemental.... Sifu spends individual time the with every student help them get the full health from his training
