There are no words to describe my frustration and anger with this facility.I met with Emily a month ago. She gave me a tour and informed me that we could start my son October 4th.She then disappeared for 10 days and I was unable to reach her. When she came back from her 10 day vacation she began messaging me for enrollment forms after I’d been trying to reach her for 10 days to give them to her I was told to leave the forms in their mailbox. She then informed me that we have to change his start date from the 4th to the 18th- ok fine I’ll wait.She then informed me that my child’s enrollment forms were not in the box. She sent a different staff member to check. After telling her exactly where I left them she began to stop responding.Today she sent a text saying they only had 2 of the 7 forms which means their staff lost the documents with all of our information on them.Today I received a text from Emily that said they have to give my child’s spot to a staff members child- which is exactly what jungle daycare did.They severely wasted my time- I’ve already paid them for daycare so now I have to fight to get the funds back from them:If you decide to enroll your child please do not waste your time with Emily! This is absolutely ridiculous and now my child has been out of daycare for 3 months and it will be even longer now!Thanks for that cultured kids!

My wife and I are very happy with the care and treatment our child has received at Cultured Kids. Not only do we feel she is safe and cared for, but our daughter enjoys going to daycare. The Tias are very warm-hearted and true partners. We highly recommend Cultured Kids.

The Tias at Cultured Kids are some of the most caring and loving people we have ever met. We are so glad we chose Cultured Kids to send our toddler and baby. We are confident that they are in a loving, caring and engaging environment every day. As an English speaking household, we were nervous about how well our children would do learning 2 languages at once. It only took our older daughter (now 2) about a week to adapt to the new environment and language. Both girls are right on track and have SO much to say, in both languages! We are thankful we found Cultured Kids, and would recommend to anyone looking for a place for their children to spend their days.

Weve had our child at Cultured Kids for over 2 years now, and it has been absolutely terrific. I cant say enough about the caretakers here. They are so warm and loving with the children. At this point they feel like aunts to our family. Our child loves going here, and is so proud to know another language. Im already sad that well have to leave once its time to start kindergarten. Cant recommend it highly enough.

Caring staff, much improved management and organization, and a curriculum that integrates play and learning very well.
