I have been with KinderCare for 4 months now and I just love the ladies who take care of my son are just great! they do so many fun and cute activities with the kids! its also great knowing that they are almost always there. only shut down a few days a year. major holidays and are open during school closings. really helps when work doesnt shut down.anyways the ladies are great and super friendly

This place is amazing!!! Staff is wonderful, the director Pam is a heaven sent, and is by far the cleanest, fully staffed, organized child care center I have ever seen. Everyone has a smile on their face. And several staff members have gone above and beyond for me and my family!!! You are ALWAYS greeted by your first name when you enter the building which is a really awesome feeling especially a center this big. It just tells you that you truly are appreciated and not just a number with dollar signs! I have been to MANY centers and have NEVER been in one this size with so many amazing things to say about them. I hope this is helpful to you!!!

Attentive teachers who care and have a passion for kids. They’re dedicated to my son’s well being and ensure each day he learns something new. We have been sending our kids to this center for 3 years and will keep sending them there so long as the great teachers remain. The center has started to make some cosmetic improvements and I’d like to see them continue! It really helps place look nice, even though it’s not something we need in a daycare.

Kindercare has been great. The director Pam always has a smile on and is very reliable. Our daughter loves her teachers. And we love getting notes home from daycare with all of the activities she did during the day

My kids have have attended the center for about a year, and we absolutely love it! The center director and staff are great! We definitely recommend taking your kids here for the best care around!

We are so happy with Northside kindercare! We’ve taken our son there since he was about 4 months old, he’s now 1.5. Since the beginning, all of the teachers and administrative staff have been so kind and caring to our son and our whole family. Sometimes our son would rather stay and play than come home with us! The teachers are awesome and Pam, the director, is highly involved with the kids and goes above and beyond to make sure things go smoothly. Once she even gave me a ride home when I locked my keys in the car! We couldn’t be happier and love knowing that our child is deeply cared about when he goes to daycare.

Terrible Service!!! The staff is ghetto and rude. The director doesnt understand from a parent point of view. Bad communication. Picked my child up one has dried snot all over her face. I had to keep complaining on staff because they wasnt greeting my kids or myself. If one staff doesnt like you they just let anything slide. My oldest daughter learned bad words instead of good quality things. The staff will always be on there phone and all about drama just real messy. They have no stable team for each class room each day its a new teacher in my kids classroom. I didnt even try to keep up with everyone names. My child had a injury the first week they started not once did they call me not by cell via email or call my job but she had a knot on her eye.

Northside KinderCare is by far, the best daycare in Madison. I’m a foster parent, so my kiddos often have lots of late minute changes in their schedule. The director, Pam, and the teacher are ALWAYS so understanding and flexible. I know my kids are safe and well cared for when they are at KinderCare. That peace of mind is priceless. Not only does the staff provide amazing care to children....but they even care for me too! Just yesterday I locked my keys in my car while dropping the kids off and they were there for me to help. There is always someone to help carry my twin toddlers out to the car if my arms are full. Northside doesn’t just provide child care, they care for my whole family. Thank you Athena & Julia, thank you Antoinette, Toneshia, Drea and Eva for instilling a love of learning in our children. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great staff who genuinely care about the safety and well-being of the children.

This place needs to be shut down. My child has not been here but I’ve just got done reading their violations on YoungStar. I am disgusted on what has happen to these poor innocent children at this facility. Check YoungStar!!!

I work at this daycare n both my boys go here Wonderful communication n awesome co-workers n a great derctior n assistant derctior my boys learn new things everyday n they opened up alot more
