Have been trying to call for weeks. They keep putting me on hold and hanging up on me. Called again today, same thing. Stopped in and the kid working the counter was getting loud with me. I asked why they charged my card $40 and he said I signed up for something. Which isnt true and he couldnt provide me any documents of this. I asked why nobody would give a heads up or call. He told me call customer service. I then called which I was waiting for him to finish my return- and they were just as rude !! She mentioned there was a courtesy email that was sent out. So I asked why I wouldnt receive this courtesy. She said not everyone does... I asked for a manager and she told me she couldnt do that .. finially told her to stop calling me maam and she told me to have a nice day and hung up.I WILL NEVER RECOMEND ANYLNE USING THIS COMPANY FOR THE HEADACHE !!!

Terrible experience. We have rented our violin for many years now, so the staff told us we can pay off the violin and keep it. Well the staff never told us that we can’t exchange the size of the violin and also didn’t even recommend us to purchase a full adult size. Now the violin is too small and to solve this problem, instead of exchanging my violin for a bigger one, they want me to rent another violin. So what am I going to do with this one?

I went to have a bridge install on my violin and the individual installed it backwards; Then when asking for violin instructors they ignored me and never gave me the information, even after I asking multiple times and purchasing music and equipment for my violen.

Staff is very knowledgeable, and super friendly! I needed to get an instrument for my daughter, and they were able to guide me through the entire process and also save me a trip by setting me up with the supplies she needed for band class. Excellent customer service!!!

My daughter had decided to change her flute for a trumpet and the sales clerk that worked with me focused on other clients other than me. He answered the phone twice with many other clerks able to answer it. He took an extra 20 minutes becoming distracted with everything else around me and my daughter.

I rented a violin from this company for my daughter online. She takes lessons at her school and they shipped it to the school for free. Unfortunately it has not been a good experience! They told me to return the violin to the school where they shipped it at the end of the year. I actually drove it to the school myself to return it because I’m the room mom and they had an end of the year party. I find out almost 4+ weeks later they Music and Arts- they do not have it. I do not have it! I returned it to the school! I call them back at their corporate office- a total of three times - and left messages during business hours (10am) (1pm) etc. No call back and no resolution. I then email the store I had been in contact with. They were very responsive but couldn’t actually help me only pass along the messages. Then suddenly I’m charged for the violin- unauthorized charge because I don’t have the inventory and now I’m paying for a violin I don’t have In August! I followed their instructions to return it and haven’t had this thing since June 18th! Im not paying for something I do not have. I call to get a resolution and nobody is really jumping the ball to help- Not refund me my money or help me locate it ASAP. It could be missing and it could be lost at the school or never picked up by them at all- but I honestly did what I was supposed to do. I’m telling them I don’t have the violin! I returned it. I would NEVER rent an instrument from this company again. What a nightmare- bad business practices too. If it was not picked up I would expect they call me within 7-14 days not almost five weeks later and want to charge my card just because they have the card information stored. This makes me weary to even have auto billing set up because once these places get your card they will go ahead and charge you whatever they want legitimate charges or not! No thank you!

Staff was very willing to help over the phone with shipping issues from out of state warehouse. My son left with a replacement instrument same day we brought it in. Staff is A++. We will be back!

The manager here is one of the rudest most condescending people Ive ever witnessed in any kind of position of leadership in a company. The young heavy gentleman with the beard. Just horribly condescending and sarcastic and unprofessional. Absolutely horrible, stay away from this place. Order online or go to Sam Ash.

I am ammending my below review based on the great service and patience I received from Jay Walton at the Marlton store. Both times I visited the store with my account issue he was professional, understanding and took time to look into and fix the issue with my account. Crossing fingers it’s fixed on the customer service end so that he won’t have to hear from me anymore 😏🤞🏼. Thank you Jay!I am frustrated with this company! My card keeps getting charged at all different times during the month!! Then they send me a bill saying my card couldn’t be charged! Because they have an expired card even after they have already charged the new one! I’ve called FOUR TIMES to have them remove the old card. Paid the bill in the store and asked if I can have a date of the 20th every month to be taken out...I WAS TOLD THIS CAN NOT HAPPEN BECAUSE IT WAS PAST THE BILLING CYCLE....guess what happened?!!! YEP THEY TOOK MONEY OUT ON FEB 20th!

PLEASE!!! Do not do business with this people. Check the Better Business Bureau and read all the complaints. Do not rent instruments from this company; they keep charging your credit card after the instrument is returned. Worst customer service ever!!Do not rent from this place, go someplace else.

Horrible customer service. My son and I made a visit to the store 2 weeks ago. I thought the service was bad at that time but let it go because it was busy. During our visit it was unorganized and we were left standing to the side for way too long. Today I had to call to find out about our account and was told by the associate that answered his hands were too full. I asked if there was a better time to call and in an annoyed tone was told he doesnt know. The call ended that he may try to call me back if he can find the time. We will be looking to rent from another provider next year!

Horrendous customer service. Was here 5/22/2017 in the afternoon.Employees all talking amongst themselves and not even acknowledge before or after my transaction.Never coming back
