Great program for children! David Barnes is absolutely wonderful and AMAZING with children. My daughter gets so happy and her face lights up when she sees him. Just the mention of going to this gym, and she gets so excited! Her confidence has definitely skyrocketed, and shes come out of her shell a ton. Very affordable program as well 👍

My son has been going here for several months. He absolutely LOVES IT! Not only that, the actual things he learns is not the basic forms that he would never utilize. Mr. David teaches them real life practical techniques to keep them safe. My son is in kindergarten and a 4th grader attempted to hurt him. My son actually defended himself, got out of the scuffle without taking any injury and was able to take the bully down effectively. IF THAT ISNT WORTH the fee, which is extremely reasonable, than I dont know what is!I literally preach to others to join this place. Mr. David doesnt teach the kids techniques to go out there and just start slapping people around. He teaches them the best ways to be safe when you can not avoid conflict. For that, I am thankful.

My child has never taken karate, but is very excited for the opportunity to check it out a little with one of his favorite things... a nerf gun party!I have heard great things about Mr. David and his kids Karate program!

David Barnes is such a great instructor! He really cares about the kids and encourages them to listen which is a daunting task with 4-7 year olds! He is a super friendly, down to earth guy, in general! He makes everyone he meets immediately feel comfortable and welcome! Highly recommend joining his class!

David is attentive, caring, and is absolutely amazing with kids! He definitely knows how to build them up and bring out the best! My son has been training with David for the better part of 10 years. Hes a coach, mentor, friend and we think of him as family!

My son loved his time that he did Karate 🥋 and the instructor David was great with the kids. I like that the kids learn in a fun environment and there isn’t high pressure to perform but strong encouragement to succeed.

Mr. David is an awesome instructor, he is very good with the kids. I love the way he gets the parents involved in class and how he have Nerf Night on special occasions like end of school, beginning of school, etc. for the kids. And the whole time hes smiling...never seen him not smiling actually. Lol! Oh and not to mention he teaches one heck of a fitness kickboxing class for the adults too. Lol

We enrolled our son in Davids Martial Arts Program after the first class (even though the first week is free) once we saw how great David is with the kids. David is just phenomenal with the children. David also instills great values while teaching like respect, and treating others how you want to be treated. His program is well rounded as he teaches the children a variety of punches, kicks, defense, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I cant recommend Davids Martial Arts Program enough. If youre on the fence about it, just come by and check it out. The first week is free! So what do you have to lose?

My husband and I had been thinking about starting our 5 yr old in karate for awhile. We kickbox at the same facility where David teaches martial arts so it’s super convenient. But RJ LOVES Mr David’s class. Everyday when RJ gets out of school he’s asking if it’s time to go to karate! David is super patient and genuinely loves teaching these kids his passion. He’s very knowledgeable and incorporates fun games into class that the kids love!! We are so impressed with all that RJ has learned so far and can’t wait for what’s to come! If you have been on the fence about joining, take my word that you will not regret it! I mean we just came home from a cruise to Cozumel and all we kept hearing from RJ was that he was ready to go home so he can go to Mr David’s class 🤷🏼‍♀️❤️.
