This school is great for people interested in the arts and the athletic department. Though, this school is not strong socially. Despite the fact that it is a very diverse school, people are divided by the intellectual levels which prohibit students from being fully submerged in the diversity. They give optional people more attention while they should give traditional more attention so they can grow because optional students already have a high chance of success. You simply cant have a symphony orchestra with just one instrument, thats whats important about the diversity.

This is by far the best school in Memphis. The optional program here is amazing, and the teachers honestly care about their jobs. You get so many educational opportunities that no where else offers. Also, we have the best football, track, and basketball team in the city. So yeah, its a pretty great school

White Station Middle School is a pretty great school. If you are in the Optional Program, sometimes school can get stressful, but there are a lot of instances where you can have fun with your friends. The teachers are nice and strict. Nice when the students are nice and try to do their work but strict if people become too wild and crazy. The after school programs are also really good and you can get in both academic and athletic programs. Overall, this school is really balanced and can be really fun for students.

The school itself is great, but some of the receptionists are plain terrible. When you ask them something, theyll answer with an attitude. Theres only one nice lady who works at the front desk. Other than that, my three years at the school were the best years of my life.

I LOVE the school, although it is extremely difficult, and I defiantly am almost always exited to go to school everyday and accept the challenge of work that I face everyday! I can say that at the begining of the year it was much more intense, but when you get there you will know that White Station(wsms) is a great place to go. There are many clubs and sports to keep everyone busies and LOADED with fun. I participate in Cross Country and find it EXTREMELY ENTHUSIASTIC. I hope that everyone will enjoy this experience the way I do!

This is an awesome school. The optional program is outstanding.The teachers are very nice, challenging, and prepare you for high school. Being around competitive students and being given challenging work has made me more motivated to do my best and my academic standards have risen. The education is brilliant; however, the cafeteria food is not good at all and the hallways are extremely crowded. I struggled to get through the hallways every year. The foreign language program is very thorough as well, including French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and Latin. There are a variety of after school clubs that are well-organized and enjoyable. The school offers many opportunities and programs that I wouldnt have been able to have if I had gone to another school. Im very glad I had the opportunity to come to WSMS. The three years I have spent at WSMS were the best years of my life.

BEST SCHOOL EVER!!!!! all the teachers are super nice & funny but strict. very high expectations if ur in the optional program. if u want 2 b challenged go here

This place is a good school. The cafeteria food is bad although I rarely eat it. Most teachers (Not All) are nice. If you have a bad teacher, try to survive.

This place is GREAT for a middle school. Im a sixth grader here and I love it.

Only reason I like the school is because of coach willard. if you get mrs holton just know she favors girls and will be biased towards certain people/groups
