The staff and facility are very kind and my son enjoyed going here. My main concern was the lack of implementation of COVID safety protocols. 90% of staff, including the director and assistant director, do not wear their mask correctly. Daily I witnessed most staff wear their mask on their chin or below their nose. Parents were allowed in the waiting area daily without a mask on, although there are signs on the door stating you must wear a mask to enter. No staff redirected any parents on the days I experienced this. I expressed my concerns on 3 separate occasions during his 4 days of enrollment. Unfortunately my son tested positive for COVID after 4 days of enrollment which resulted in a 7 day PICU stay. If their response to COVID was more serious and policies were enforced, we would have stayed there; however, the health and of my child was more important.

My 5 month old son has been going here since he was 3 months old. We LOVE Bright Ideas. Bonnie, the director, is wonderful and all of the teachers are kind, caring and professional. My son comes home every day happy and well taken care of. They are reliable, the daycare itself is nice and clean, and we truly couldnt be happier. I am so glad I found such a great facility for my son to attend where I know he is well taken care of and loved while I am at work. Thank you so much Bright Ideas!
