RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, NASTY, AND BAD ATTITUDE IS THE EXPERIENCE I JUST HAD WITH THE OWNER OF THE SCHOOL OVER THE PHONE!!! I know that someone that can NOT show professionalism and answer simple questions about their own service that they provide could definitely NEVER teach me anything in a classroom!! The owner need to HUMBLE herself and go back to school to learn customer service/ phone etiquette!! I called to inquire about upcoming classes, the RUDE owner told me that I need to go online and if Im not able to go online that her school was definitely not for me and then she stated she had a problem with me asking her questions. And if that wasnt rude ENOUGH she added by saying Please go be a real estate agent with someone else, please... I want you to, dont let me stop you and that was her response after I only said that I have called several other schools and have never been talked to liked this and that NO other school in Memphis had a issue with me inquiring about their courses. She also stated how long she been in the business and that I am not important to her or her business!!! I honestly think Ms. Aquanette (not sure of her correct name spelling) have been in business too long and maybe too long to the point she forgot that people like me inquiring and signing up for her school is the reason why she have been in business for so long!!!!! So maybe if people stop signing up and going online, lets see how she talk to people calling to inquire?? Humble yourself MS. OWNER!!! So you right your school is definitely not for me, if you cant answer my simple questions over the phone, Im pretty sure you couldnt answer them in a classroom either!! And my experience with you will never stop me from pursuing a career but have definitely taught me a lesson in the importance of being respectful to all people even if its over the phone!! I suggest you try to learn that lesson as well!!!!

Dear public, I love Mrs A. I completed my 60 hour and 30 hour courses online. The reply to email and text questions were immediate and professional. This appealed to myself and my husband because our law practice keeps us very busy. All of our questions were answered without one telephone call . The prices we competitive. We totally recommend this school.

My experience with the professionals at this real estate educational establishment were absolutely phenomenal. They were very very knowledgeable of the material being taught and well experienced in real estate themselves.. The owner of the establishment spends an extensive amount of hours to ensure the students are learning and are well prepared for exams. Overall I am extremely pleased..

After throughly investigating this schools website, I Decided this school would be the online school for me. The prices and information were perfect for me and my budget. The information in the online course was exceptional and I Completed the course and passed the exam. Called the school to share my joy and sign up for the 30 hour course. My experience was so positive and professional. My new career is off to a great start. Thank you to the staff.

I am surprised by the other reviews. The owner of the school was very polite with me and she went the extra mile to ensure that my experience was pleasant. She is very passionate about real estate, very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone interested in the real estate!

I am so lost. I just read that mull person comment. Our fore fathers fought and died for us to be able to read and get an education. She just trapped herself in a lie. She said she did not have internet, but found google. Sorry folks I read for myself.

Customer service was excellent! Loved the whole experience!

I couldve found the book 80% cheaper but she insisted I used her textbook. NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO. Shes a bit expensive and very, very religious. Of course shes pocketing the extra money. I passed the exam, but everything is common sense.
