Terrible! The bus’ main priority should always be to pick up their kids and make sure they’re safe, yet they can’t even do that. They’re always late and not a single day were they actually on time. Their buses are also extremely filthy and not a clean environment for the kids. They need to step up their game if they want to see any good reviews.

I went to apply for a possible job. Everyone was so kind. Hopefully I can make the team in the near future.

As long as Durham bus services has been in the Memphis area you would think they could get the kids on time. But that doesnt seem possible. They act like theyre surprised every school year that they have to pick kids up on time. An hour and a half my kids had to wait on the bus that never showed this morning is unacceptable. Last week 20 minutes late picking the kids up from school. Durum this is your business yet you disappoint every single year. No excuses. Durham bus services you are the weakest link, youre fired!

You do not have to be smart to practice good customer service.

Please explain how you are the primary transportation source for SCS, yet you cant provide transportation field trips? SCS is forced to use outside companies that cost 3-4 times more just to take students across town because Durham cant pick up prior to 9:00 a.m., and the drop-off back at the school site has to be before noon. That limits your ability to take students anywhere worth while and the efforts.

To the bus driver speeding through my neighborhood, you need to slow it down. If you almost hit my dog and had to slam on your breaks your going to fast going down my street. If my dog was a child and you hit my child and I will have a few words to say and much more.

Not good at all and he was hitting to many potholes and he was stopping for no reason and their were cameras omg horrible and we almost crashed👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Update: Durham DOES answer the phone now, and at least some buses have a camera, so Im giving them an extra star.Durham has terrible customer service. If you want to voice a complaint about why the bus driver wont allow your children to do homework on the bus (in my case), or why the bus driver treats the kids bad and cusses out the parent (in my friends case), dont expect them to answer the phone or call you back. The school cant do anything about it, which is what you get when the bus service employees are not school system employees.

Bus is always late and sometimes dont even come. The bus ramp is always broken and the concerns of the kids are not addressed. Especially those with special needs. There is little concern if the children get to school or not. This is very poor service to the children but since you are the only transportation company for the school you do not CARE

Theres absolute nothing professional or safe about this company. Theyre very wreckless & never punctual. Its also extremely hard to get in contact with anyone at their offices to get any info about the buses and their whereabouts.

Fixed yall school buses do nor have mess up unsafe buses caring kids around the kids life are in yall hands
