Third time at this location. MOD walked by me no contact. Told me they dont do print services. Ran me off both times I needed print work. Spent $400 at competitor.

Rude, disorganized and unprofessional. They didnt greet or acknowledge us the entirety of our visit.

I’ve visited this location a few times and each time I’ve visited the employees including manager lack customer service. They don’t greet unless spoken to. An watch my every move while I’m looking around. The store is clean and appears to be stocked. Just need to work on their customer service skills. That’s a big deal for me when I’m spending my hard earn money.

The printing service was horrible tonight. They had 1 printing associate doing the work for 9 customers with no help. She continued to make mistakes on my projects and with each customer, which I learned from standing in line for 30 min. I asked for a simple color print job, there was an ink mark on every other page, and I asked for 30 pages of the material and was going to be charged for 200 pieces of color printed paper. I am giving this a two star because the cashier was very pleasant and understanding . When I got home I noticed that the graphics on my document were crooked. I love Office Depot but I will sadly not be returning to this location.

I needed help finding an HDMI cable for my son’s computer. I was brushed off. When I politely asked if it was in a certain area, the employee walked away from me and rudely said, “I don’t know, probably.” Because of this, I didn’t try any further to look. I just left and went elsewhere.

Inventory is low but great place

I came in today, a Monday, around noon. I needed to print a few things off and wanted to just come in and use the self service printers but of course they were both broken (one of which has been broken every time Ive come here for the past 3 months so it must be really broken) and so I had to use the full service printing counter. The only person working there was a woman named Julie and she was not very friendly at all. She acted like I was bothering her by shopping there, even though I was the only customer and she was just leaning on the counter having a nice break. I deeply apologize for interrupting your work shift by making you do work, and I will do my best to go elsewhere for my printing needs in the future. If you guys arent interested in printing things for people then I wish you would stop offering the service instead of offering it then treating people poorly when they need to use it.

I had some last minute printing jobs that i needed done quickly. Visited the Poplar Ave store and Jeremy was extremely helpful. Got everything done in a timely fashion and was very professional and polite. Ill definitely go to see him again if needed.

I came in at 5:22 they close at 6pm. I came in just to get two sheets printed out just for the worker to tell me only self service is available. Thats ridiculous I only had cash. They clearly didnt want to help because they started cleaning and putting up things.

Waited around for assistance just to be told the product I had came in for had been sold to another customer (a few seconds before anyone came to assist me, after waiting in store 15+ mins.) No one asked the question or cared why I entered even after my attempt to speak with a rep. The lack of customer service resulted in a highly disappointed visit.

This Office Depot, when in a prior location, sold me a laptop with a bad Hard Drive. I was lucky that HP diagnostics and I caught the problem while it was under warranty and before the hard drive became unrecoverable. Hp covered the issue in full, and with my technical skills, I replaced and configured the hardware properly. Beware of this company’s floor models!!! 2 out of 2 purchases so far have problems!!!

Office Depot has gone down the drain. Ordered business cards on Friday, and was told 3-4 days until they were ready. Called on Monday to check if they had printed them yet, but they dont print orders larger than 250 in store. I was told theyd arrive Tuesday over the phone. Came in on Wednesday to pick up my cards and they were still in transit. Never did they call and tell me or email me letting me know about the delay. When I called Monday I asked them to contact me Tuesday when they were scheduled to arrive. No notice, and they could t care less. On top of that I spent 10 minutes waiting in the store just to be told theyd arrive Thursday. I dont know if its the business, the employees, or both, but they suck and I wont use them again. I shouldve just ordered from vistaprint and had them delivered to my door instead of saving $5 and getting lied to about when theyd be ready.

Cant remember her name. She was in copy n print dept, but she was amazingly helpful at a really difficult time for us.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and Cooper was so full of most needed information. I would certainly return with any and all of my printing needs!!

Needed quick turnaround on a bunch of copies... They knocked it out and had me out the door in under 10 minutes... Thanks Mr. Cooper for prompt service.

Terrible customer service. The print center can never get an order right and they dont care how inconvenienced you are by it. The employees and managers are completely apathetic. Ive been crazy to keep trying 10+ times but this was the last straw. Placed a print order online and was told it would be ready today. All their machines broke and they didnt have the courtesy to call and let me know I wouldnt get my order today.

Seems like every time I go in Office Depot they dont have what I need and it has to be ordered online. I needed file folder tab inserts. They didnt have them and couldnt look it up because their system was down and this isnt the first time that has happened so I looked it up on my phone and they told me it was available online only. I went to my office and ordered them. Then price was $1.99 but with shipping I ended up paying almost $9.00 and shipping to the store was not available. Why it wasnt available is a mystery. This store is about 2 minutes away from my office and thats the main reason I go there but Im going to start going somewhere else or ordering from Amazon. Office Depot reallt doesnt have anything to offer that you cant get somewhere else plus they are way too expensive! They need to rethink their business model or Office Depot will end up a bad memory. Dissatisfied is an understatement!

This was the only local place I could find that offers self-service printing - color and B&W. Great staff.

Went to go pick up an online order. Was greeted and directed to the pick-up location as soon as I walked through the door. The cashier was very helpful and even offered to change my order since it was damaged without me asking.

Its unfortunate that you cant order online with an SPC card because this copy print store always seems short handed. Everyone is super friendly but it doesnt seem like they ever have enough help.

They need more staff to attend to customers during the mid-day in the copy center. No one wants to wait 10 minutes just to place an order.

Bought $2000 worth of gift cards. Office Depot didnt activate them correctly. The cards will not work because they havent been activated. I went into the store, and Cliff had no idea what to do. He told me to come back when Wilson was working. I came back after work. Wilson could not figure out how to activate the cards, and he would not refund my money. 1-800-GO-DEPOT just said to tell the manager to fix it. They gave me him a number for the finance department who was closed until Monday. Wilson did not apologize once for wasting 3 hours of time and taking $2000 from me without offering any solution whatsoever.It is COMPLETELY unacceptable to just tell someone Sorry, we took $2000 dollars from you for nothing but we cant help for 72 hours.I will never, ever, shop here again. I still am out of pocket $2000.

I’ve tried time & time again to give this company another chance. Smh. To keep this brief I won’t be returning. Although Office Depot is cheaper for my printing needs than Fed Ex I’ve learned that quality is more valuable to me than quantity. I’ve never had an experience there where it’s in & out. My latest frustrating experience a few days ago I was there left waiting for no lie....an hour & 15 mins. The printing dept under pays & is under staffed (because they’re under paid, most likely). Very poor management since they all saw me & knew I had been there for so long they still sent customers over to be checked out in front of me while I’m waiting for staff to finish what was a very simple printing job.****PSA: Office Depot get your stuff together!! CLEAN WOMAN’s bathroom. The toilets and all surfaces need to be wiped down and disinfected. With a female manager, there is no excuse for this health hazard.
