I was very impressed with this facility and the owner. This center is beautiful and engaging. While touring this facility, I paid specific attention of how the owner and the workers interacted with the children. I noticed that the children had specific tasks to complete and the workers worked diligently, professionally, and most importantly patiently with the children to accomplish these tasks. The owner enthusiastically interacts with all the children and has a delightful personality. I gathered from her that she is focused on getting the best possible behavior outcomes for austic children.

Horrible place to work. Her attitude is terrible! It’s not a professional setting at all. If she has a problem with one employee instead of pulling that certain employee to the side like most real jobs do she has meetings with everyone & talks to them like their her children. She’s barely ever there! & if you try and get a job and put her down she will say whatever she needs to say to keep you from getting a job in the RBT field.
