As a new parent, i toured so many different facilities. Polaris was so warm and comforting. The infant teacher was so informative, educated, and loves my baby like her own. I am a first time mom and leaving her is hard. Knowing there are live cameras I can log into at my convenience really sets my mind at ease and helps with leaving her each day. I recommend Polaris to anyone looking for a great quality preschool.

By far one of the best learning centers in the treasure valley! Clean, safe and structured environment. Teachers with structured lesson plans to teach and motivate your kiddos to reach their potential. My daughter has been attending the preschool program for over a month now and I have seen a noticeable difference in her. She is happy, and actually enjoys telling me what she worked on that day. Way to go Polaris LC! I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a great program for a great cost!

I absolutely love this center and it is so refreshing to trust a center to take proper care of my kids while I am working! My kids love going to this center and even get mad when I pick them up too early as they state! The center has great staffing and quality systems/programs. This is the second Polaris we have been to in the area and both experiences have been truly wonderful. 10/10 I would recommend!

So happy we have found this place! Our daughter is very happy here and has learned an unimaginable amount of things since starting. It’s always clean, smells good and they are constantly doing activities with the children, even babies/toddlers. Brandi does a phenomenal job running the center and treats our daughter like she’s her own. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone!

I love how the staff listens to my needs, welcomes my questions, sets up several learning opportunities not only within the building but out in the community as well, and shows constant desire to improve their approaches to teaching and helping my child to grow. Their monthly collaboration to set up curriculum for the children shows me they are dedicated. The activities are so varied from animals, to world touring, to cooking allows my children exposure to so much more than I ever expected from a daycare.Polaris is a place I feel safe to trust with my children and is a place my children look forward to going.

I highly recommend Polaris for childcare. Prior to coming here we had tried many other options without success. Brandi has been awesome to work with and the entire team is warm and caring. Most importantly our kids love it here! Polaris offers excellent structure that promotes growth and development. The center is always clean, and active with new and exciting things each month.

This center is one of the best learning centers I have experienced in the Treasure Valley. Theyre commitment to the children is nothing short of outstanding. The teachers are all very well equip to not only care for my children but to educate them at a level appropriate to their age. My oldest child is two and participates in science, language arts, math and group play throughout the day. He also has opportunities to be a part of some of the extracurricular activities the centers offers like kinder-music and Amazing Athletes. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of care my children receive at this center and would recommend them to anyone looking for a childcare facility that goes well beyond just babysitting my child when I cannot be with them.

Polaris has been an excellent choice for our daughter. She adores the staff and has made tremendous progress academically and socially. I love the care and attention we get there, and they are understanding and knowledgeable about early childhood development. I would and have recommended them to friends and family!

This place is awesome. Clean, friendly, safe.... They send an end of day e-mail that lists a recap of the days curriculum which gives us the opportunity to go through the day with our child. It feels good to know your child is in good hands and actually learning throughout the day.

Awesome center! Loved working here. My son loved it and learned a lot in the short time we were there. He talks about it all the time. Everyone one is super friendly. Highly recommend for those looking.

I could not have enough good things to say about Polaris West Meridian. I went back to work this year and I couldnt be more happy I chose this daycare for my toddler. As a teacher, I appreciate their curriculum and attention to teaching kids at all ages. My son is 17 months and is using sign language, recognizes shapes, colors and animals. The staff is wonderful in his classroom as well as Brandi. As parents, we are well informed and my son just loves going! Makes it so much easier on me! Thank you Polaris!

My grand daughter and grandson both attend this location. Every time I go to pick them up or even just to visit, the staff and teachers are always ready to greet with a smile and sometimes even a hug.My granddaughter never wants to leave. All the way home she will tell me about everything she learned that day. She is so enthusiastic and now she is even trying to teach her 2 year old brother colors and letters.I love how excited she is about going to Polaris Learning Center.Thank you so much to the staff and teachers for making learning fun and easy for my babies.Also the healthy lunch and snacks are a very big hit with me. The only problem is that there isnt any left for me when I get there.Keep up the great work.

My children have been going to Polaris for almost two years. The staff is friendly and warming. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile from just about everyone you come in contact with. The curriculum is exceptional! I would recommend Polaris to anyone.

Polaris has been amazing to our son! Not once have I picked him up and hes told me that he had a bad day. Most of the time he actually wants me to leave so he can stay longer! The transportation to his Kindergarten is so convenient and easy, we are so lucky our son gets to attend Polaris!

Both my girls attend year round. Brandy has been great when dealing with my girls and their cousins squabbles. Nothing is perfect, but my kids love going there and have fun. Communicating with patents is key and I never have an issue when talking with the teachers.

Our son has been a part of three Polaris Learning Centers in Eagle and Meridian for 7+ years. He has enjoyed every teacher. We have been impressed with their curriculum at every level. I would highly recommend Polaris to parents looking for a quality program for their children.

We have been so happy with the care and love our kids get at Polaris. The care and dedication of the teachers and staff is apparent in every interaction they have with our kids. The communication they provide to us has been better than any other child care facility we have experienced. They are the best!

Being a former director for a large childcare center myself and knowing how preschools and daycares in general work I’d say Polaris is one of the best in the valley. The staff at this location are caring and kind. They always made my daughter feel cared for. The facility is warm and inviting and always very clean.

I absolutely love this daycare. My son went here for about 3 years and if it werent for moving so far we would still be there! They have the friendly staff that is always on top of telling you whats going on with everything. My son still asks about their staff almost daily! If you want to feel safe and know your kid will be happy, learning, and loved, take them here!! Please build one in Kuna! 😊

Polaris has been a good fit for my three-year-old, because shes had a consistent teacher. The center has struggled with high turnover in some classes, but I brought my daughter back after the summer because she was familiar with her teacher, and I knew her teacher was familiar with her.

The staff is excellent, my son is so excited to hang up his projects that they made in class on the fridge every week. He has learned so much in such a short time being there, from counting to 20 and learning his shapes and better recognizing his colors. I am amazed at how much he has learned, he loves his teachers and all the staff. I would recommend Polaris to anyone wanting the same experience with their children.

My two kids have been at Polaris since they opened in March 2017. This was our third childcare center and I cannot say enough good things about them. We needed to have a structured learning for my oldest because otherwise he was bored. Polaris provides that structure for him and then some. He never comes home saying he was bored or doesn’t want to go back. My youngest also loves polaris staff and has made so many friends. The director, Brandi goes above and beyond her role at the facility. Her passion for taking care of children shines. Both my husband and I are in healthcare management, our schedules are always different and they have been more than accommodating to our ever changing schedule. My husband and I can go to work knowing our children are safe and well cared for which is invaluable.

Ryan, thanks for your review. I have a friend that went there and had moved on. It sounds like what you were describing, lots of rotation staff, there must be a reason. I dont want to put words in my friends mouth, but it seemed like they could have a manager issue. If you dont or cant hire well, these things start to happen, then you get a reputation, and its the kids and families that start to suffer from inadequate services. That manager has a kid there too right? Duel hats, Im sure theres no conflict there!

I am a first time mom and was super meticulous when it came to my daycare search. One of my first jobs was a daycare teacher and it was at a place that I would not take my own child to (it was here in the Treasure Valley). I researched so many different daycares and reviewed each of their inspection and incident reports online. I visited Polaris Learning Center while I was still pregnant and left knowing that this is where I want my infant to attend. At our initial visit, I received a warm welcome when coming in, got a tour and was able to talk with the teacher. Before my sons first day, I provided them with numerous documents talking all about him so that they could educate themselves before his first day. His first day went so smoothly, I was so surprised (especially since he was only 6 weeks old). I can also check in at anytime of the day and get a report of how my child is doing (and also view the webcam). I am so thankful that Polaris changed my outlook on childcare. I am always at ease dropping him off in the mornings because I know he is in good hands!

If your looking at a place to care for your child, I want to warn you about using this location. It must be something systemic, probably has something to do with lack of administration understanding of running a staff, but their teacher turnover rate is over the chart. They lack either the ability or functions understanding of how kids should be grouped, it could be a staffing issue, but you would not put school aged kids in with non-school age kids. When issues come up, as they always will because they are kids, the staff/manager lacks a system of accountability where they involve the kids and the parent.4-12-2018 Added: The child does not have my last name, but I would be happy to inform the actual owner of Polaris as to the issues I saw/experienced. There is not an easy way to report this via their web site.

Not impressed. My daughter attended for a month here and there was not a single time when I went into her classroom where there was not a child crying/fussing in timeout, or flat out yelling. Two weeks in we got notice that the next month they would be upping the rates nearly $50 a month to cover the expense of extra teachers- not for my daughters class, but for other classes.My daughter repeatedly reported other children taking food off her plate without asking at mealtimes. When she told the teacher about it, the teacher responded that it was fine and did nothing. They play quiet music at naptime, but crank it up super loud to drown out the sound of kids screaming, so I doubt any of those poor kids ever get any actual rest. Staff seems incapable of calming children or maintaining discipline in a positive way. I heard one teacher in particular snap at children on 8 or 9 separate occasions. The kids seem like little walking dollar signs to the management, who will nickle and dime you for anything they can come up with, all while providing dismal and uncaring service in a deceptively nice looking facility.My daughter (who loves going other places- playdates, dance classes and the nursery at our church) started getting upset and telling me she didnt want to go to school anymore because kids arent nice and teachers dont listen. I wouldnt recommend sending your kids here if you have any other option.**Oh, and by the way, this is a review on the current operation they have going there, as of September 2017**

We have been thru two daycares and the third time is the charm. Our daughter has a severe dairy allergy and asthma. Polaris Learning Center has taken all necessary precautions and accommodated to meet our needs as best as they can. Having two parents working, finding a daycare we can trust and decrease our anxiety means a lot, especially with our daughter’s needs. We would recommend Polaris Learning Center to anybody.

This center is amazing, they have such great staff. You can really tell they care and love our kiddos!
